Special room rates at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek have
been established at $165 for single/double for attendees of
the FGS/SGNA Annual Meeting.
Resort Fee, Room Tax, and Parking: A Resort fee of
$18.00 per day is included in the room rate. The Resort
Fee includes: Unlimited access to in-room local and 1800 calls, unlimited internet in guest rooms and public
areas (excludes meeting and pre-function space), access
to fitness amenities, kids eat free in Harvest Restaurant
for breakfast and dinner, access to the Waldorf Golf
Club practice facility (driving range, putting range) and
complimentary equipment rentals, 20% off at the Pro
Shop located within Waldorf Astoria Golf Club and
10% off of spa services at the Waldorf Astoria Spa.
Room tax is 12.5% per night. Parking: $26 Overnight
Valet Parking; $18 Daily Self-Parking.

Endoscopy Labs are “hands on”, using pig
explants, and will be held on Saturday, from
2:00 – 5:00 pm in the Nassau Ballroom.
Friday, 6:00 – 9:00 pm, fully stocked cash bar
opens at 6:00pm inside the Exhibit Area with
complimentary hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served at
7:00 pm. Exhibits will be open.

There is a limit on the number of registrants we
can accept so register early to secure your
reservation for these labs. No charge for meeting
attendees
Registration will be open at the Hilton Bonnet Creek
from 3:00–7:00 PM on Friday, September 25,
allowing attendees the chance to receive registration
materials prior to the start of the Saturday morning
sessions. Jump Drives will be available on first
come, first served basis for $10.
