1. The Seminar for leaders of Round Tables, that is about awareness-raising and the
importance of working on values, I think it’s successful because it is short, and
has a motivational talk which is also a personal testimony of the person that
gives the speech and includes the workshop of how make the round tables.
2. I think that a situation to improve would be to have a better methodology to
have a responsible person that has to inform about the round table and report
it, in terms of fulfillment of the meetings and as capture the testimony of
members of the same according to the advancement of the content (e.g.,
Make a short report each 4 sessions and a testimony of a member).
3. Create a mechanism enabling to carry out round table discussions to share
between people from different companies, strata (something different) that
allows to create this network at the national level and that could influence the
next phase 1 K.

The Program changes lives permanently. In my personal case, I consider myself a
generous person, whenever I can I help in different ways. I just donate a car to
complete the construction of a church.

In the Conference with Paul Martinelli. It was one of the best conferences in which I
have attended.

First of all thank you for having taken us into account for such a productive meeting
and had the opportunity to share the experiences of other companies with some
coworkers.
Regarding the diploma project "Transformation is in Me" I can say that it has evolved for
good in work and personal life of many employees, it has been a good start for a better
teamwork and permitted to learn why sometimes a person had some reaction or
attitude towards a situation. As the round tables progressed, you could comprehend
different characters of coworkers. We accepted and recognized that we need to
change, and everyone could share some experience of life feeling safe because "what
it is said in the table, stays in the table", so people cried or laugh with our own
experiences. The transformation is difficult, but it started already.
On the negative aspects you cannot change someone one day to another, and even
though we agreed to talk in the first person always, sometimes didn’t happen. I also
think it is important for everyone to get to know Guatemala Prospera’s personnel, so
they can know the impact and importance of the project.
We have a testimony of one of our employees who is in charge of church groups and
has shared some of the laws and values to them and their families.
We also have a person that works for Radio Maria and in his program shared with the
audience some laws and values of the Transformation Program.
Finally it is important to share that our Circulation Manager, reunite all of his team on a
Saturday, at the end of the Program, and gave them 3 minutes each to share the
importance of laws and values for their personal, family and working life. This was a
personal initiative of our Circulation Manager, to motivate and thank his team for the
effort in Transformation.

Positive aspects:
1.
Through the implementation of this Project, the work of the Administrative and
Educative Personnel has been easier, because now the people that participated in
Round Tables feels more committed with their work and their responsibilities to others.
2.
The practice of principles and values has been strengthened, as honesty, or
accepting things as they are, although they may not agree with other criteria.
3.
The staff that participated in the Project “The Transformation is in Me”, feels
committed with the rest of the staff that hasn’t participated, which significantly
improved their conduct.
4.
The group of leaders of transformation had being characterized by their
dynamism and willingness to improve day by day.
5.
Discipline and order became daily rules.
Negative aspects:
Determine a method to continue the program.
Testimony:
A student failed an exam, so his parents asked for a second check from teachers and
me. I asked the student to be honest and he asked his parents to forgive him because it
was his fault, he didn’t study enough.

Centro Medico Hospital
The Training Program "Transformation is in Me" has been carried out successfully within
Centro Medico Hospital. To date we have graduate 490 employees; such training with
some departments is currently completing. We have planned that this program can
be included for new personnel, so it will be necessary to coordinate new round tables
so that they can be trained with this program of transformation.
Testimonies:
We have many testimonies that shared the changes the program had in their lives and
families. Among them we can mention: improved the relationship between the mother
and child, there has been forgiveness between two people, some people have
resumed studies that were abandoned long ago, self-improvement goals have been
proposed, there have been improves in how to listen to other people.
Suggestions:
I think it is important to continue this type of growth and personal change programs,
because what doesn’t have continuity gets lost, so the program should be followed up
in this type of topics.
More training to manage groups and promote unity, participation and motivation in
each group assigned. Also, more support material to reinforce the subjects.
