1. Sime Darby Motors imports and distributes, among others, BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Ford, Land Rover, Peugeot,
Hyundai, Porsche, Suzuki, Alfa Romeo and Mitsubishi passenger vehicles in various markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
2. Sime Darby Motors’ first distribution business began more than 40 years ago through the distribution of Ford vehicles.

1. In 2004, Sime Darby Motors, through its subsidiary, Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd (INOKOM), began operating an
assembly plant in Kedah, Malaysia. Materials are sourced from the respective principals overseas as well as locally,
which are then assembled for sales mainly in the Malaysian market.
