2016 Registration Packet - Tri

PRE-REGISTRATION is required for all Food Events!!!
NO tickets will be sold for any food events after the postmarked date of
May 31, 2016 nor at the Hospitality Tent .
PLEASE NOTE registrations received by May 1, 2016 will be guaranteed
t-shirt size indicated on order form. Orders received after May 1, 2016 will
be filled until our supplies are exhausted in order to maintain our operating
costs. We order extra shirts but must keep our order to a minimum.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Refunds will gladly be processed prior to May 31, 2016.
Refunds after May 31, 2016 will only be granted for death in family.
Any other refund will be up to the discretion of
TCMC club President and/or Event Coordinator.
In the event of inclement weather, the Laps on the Track and Autocross fees will
graciously be accepted as a donation to the Speedway Childrens' Chairities or will
gladly refund at participants' direction.
