refunded, even if the application is denied. Applicant understands that the landlord may terminate any rental agreement entered
into for any misrepresentation(s) made above. Upon approval of the above application, tenant agrees to place a security deposit
to hold the unit, and understands that they may be charged a daily pro-rated amount (determined by rental amount) from the
date they paid in the deposit until Coldwell Banker Best Realty is provided written notification of the cancellation to rent.
Applicant understands and agrees that this application is to rent only and does not guarantee that applicant will be offered the
premises. Landlord may accept more than one application for the premises and using their sole discretion will select the best
qualified applicant.
