Installation of 5mm HDPE tank concrete protective liners.
2 each Equalization tank liners - 25’w x 25’l x 17.5’d • 2 each neutralization tanks - 10’w x 10’l x 17.5’d

Floor slab was poured and internal forms were placed.
Oversized pre-fabricated concrete protective
liner panels were placed on forms.
Internal view of wall. After concrete was poured and
cured, the forms were removed. The liner panels were
then welded together and all tie holes were capped.
Screeds were formed and poured in floor.
Strips of concrete protective liner were
then placed on the screeds.
Concrete was placed and screeded.
Liner was not installed in the floor at this time.
Floor elevation is approx. 3” below finished elevation.

Total - 7,000 square feet
Floor panels were placed between screeds. Plywood
was placed on panels and concrete blocks were used to
keep the panels in place until the concrete cured.
Floor panels were prepared for welding in the areas
where they intersected on top of the screed strips.

Pre-cast concrete pump station
Installation of a double contained embedded HDPE concrete protective liner
6’ 0” diameter x 25’ 4” deep.
Fabricated HDPE manhole liners.

The double contained pre-fabricated CPL cylinders are
shown here ready for shipment to the concrete precaster.

Foam disks were placed in penetration areas to block out concrete when poured.
The secondary liner is extrusion welded and a
2”cap strip is extrusion welded to the primary liner.

A non-destructive vacuum test was performed on the annular space
between the primary and secondary liners to ensure system integrity.
