The Board of Public Utility Commissioners for the Province of
Alberta.

In the matter of The Town and
Village Act:
And in the matter of an application by the Village of Myrnam for
the annexation of certain lands to
the said Village.
Upon the application of the Council of the Village of Myrnam for an
Order annexing to the Village certain outlying areas adjacent thereto;
upon reading the resolution of the Council and the other material filed,
and upon hearing such persons as appeared before the Board at a public
hearing held at Myrnam on Wednesday, the 15th day of May, 1946.
It is ordered, that the following outlying areas be annexed to the
Village of Myrnam in accordance with the provisions of Section 21 of
The Town and Village Act (being Chapter 150 of the Revised Statutes
of Alberta, 1942):
This order shall take effect as from the date of its publication in
The Alberta Gazette.
