Twenty-first Sunday in Ordinary Time
Know well my soul, God’s hand controls
Whate’er thou fearest;
Round him in calmest music rolls
Whate’er thou hearest.
Nothing before, nothing behind;
The steps of faith
Fall on the seeming void, and find
The rock beneath.

Survivors of Sexual Violence
Support Group for College Students
Earlier this year, several universities in the Chicago area began working together
to share best practices about sexual violence response and prevention on campus
and to plan joint initiatives. One of the first programs that we will be offering together is a free nine-week support group for survivors of sexual violence from any
of our campuses. To ensure privacy for students, the group will be facilitated by
YWCA staff and held at the YWCA Uptown Office on N. Broadway (accessible
by L/Red Line). The group starts on Tuesday, September 20, which is the day
after classes begin at Northwestern.
