Coventry and Warwickshire has a growing reputation as a successful UK

Coventry Cathedral
If you’re planning to visit the historic city of Coventry
during your stay in the region, make sure that you pay a
visit to the famous ruins of Coventry Cathedral. Sitting
majestically next to the modern cathedral church of
St Michael, the ruins are a haunting, lasting reminder
of the Second World War Blitz of 14 November 1940
when the city was devastated by thousands of bombs.
Now a popular tourist site, the Cathedral sits tall and

Warwick Castle delivers the castle of your imagination,

Coventry Transport Museum is the world’s largest
display of British road transport in an exhibition
space totalling 13,000 sq metres – the size of three
football pitches! Located in the centre of Coventry, the
birthplace of Britain’s car and cycle industry, Coventry
Transport Museum has over 240 cars and commercial
vehicles, 94 motorcycles, 200 cycles and 25,000
models, and is the home of two world land speed
record cars, namely Thrust 2 and the current world
record holder – Thrust SSC. The museum also offers
the choice of five modern and spacious meeting rooms
accommodating between five – 300 delegates.

Belgrade Theatre
The Belgrade Theatre features an 850 seat, airconditioned main auditorium that plays host to a

Quality You Can Trust...
When searching for a venue for your next event,
you need to know what levels of quality and
service to expect.
Hotels are given a rating from one to five stars
- the more stars, the higher the quality and the
greater the range of facilities and level of service
provided.
VisitBritain (VB) and the AA have joined forces
to provide a harmonised rating system that
is your clear guide as to what to expect in an
easy-to-understand format. Where hotels have
been awarded a VB or AA grading, it will appear
alongside their listing.
e.g. AA 
However, there is no grading system for
management training centres or non-residential
venues and some of the national hotel chains are
not part of the harmonised grading system. Many
of these properties have their own internal quality
controls and self-appointed star rating. Please
note that where you do not see the VB, AA symbol
but see SG, this grading has been self-appointed
and does not necessarily meet with the rating
qualifications detailed on this page.
The long-established Rosette scheme
recognises successful cooking at different
levels across the UK.
Understanding the grading
Hotels have to provide additional facilities and

The Belgrade Theatre is situated in a prime city centre location,

An award-winning, purpose-built conference and exhibition centre,
set in 65 acres of Warwickshire countryside, just off Junction 12 of the
M40. Facilities include over 20 stylish conference rooms, the largest
of which accommodates 600 delegates, 2,000sqm internal exhibition
space and 9,000sqm external hard standing display space and free

Camden House Meeting Rooms is the ideal place to hold workshops,
seminars or even board meetings. Our smaller room, the Tudor

Compton Verney is a Grade I Listed Georgian mansion set in 120
acres of ‘Capability Brown’ parkland. Once a stately home, it is
now an award winning art gallery. This venue is suitable for all
manner of events and easily accessible from Junction 12 of the M40.
Birmingham International Airport is within easy reach and rail links
to London and the rest of the country are available from Banbury,
Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa, which are only a
20 minute drive away.
Coventry Cathedral is renowned for the bombed ruins of the old
Cathedral and the internationally acclaimed modern art in the new
Cathedral, making it an awe-inspiring venue for a conference or
function. The main space in the new Cathedral can seat up to 800
people for a banquet style meal utilising round tables or up to 1,500
people theatre style. The ruins provide the perfect backdrop for
outdoor theatre and music productions. The Cathedral regularly hosts
large scale award ceremonies and concerts.
Each week we are privileged to welcome over 2,000 people through
our doors: some visit Wesley’s, our coffee bar and cafe; others might
be attending a meeting, public forum, concert or support group. A
huge variety of people join us each week for a variety of private events
arranged by various companies, public bodies and corporations,

Square One Bar, Cinema and Entertainments Venue to students and
staff at Coventry University. Since then we have become your No.1

Warwick Road United Reformed Church, in the heart of Coventry City
Centre, offers affordable and accessible room hire for conferences
or meetings. We offer flexible accommodation ranging from small
rooms for one to one meetings through to an auditorium that can
accommodate over 300 people for concerts or conferences and inhouse catering for all meetings, conferences and concerts.
In addition we have a café in the church centre, open to the public that
offers good value and high quality meals. We were recently awarded
the highest rank of five Star Food Hygiene by Coventry City Council.

Every year we welcome over 35,000 visitors to our Midlands’ venue,
located on the outskirts of Leamington Spa, close to the city of
Coventry.
The Warwickshire Exhibition Centre’s versatility makes it the perfect
choice for a range of trade and public exhibitions and events and we
are easily accessible from all parts of the UK. Our central venue is
available for hire all year round for both public and corporate events.
We offer a combination of flexible space for your event, incorporating
indoor and outdoor space if required.
Our main event venue is an indoor space of 2,280m2. We also offer
ample free parking for over 2,000 vehicles. We also have a 200 seater
mezzanine restaurant on site. Each client has exclusive use of the
site for the duration of their event.
We work with all of our clients to share best practice and make the
task of organising an event as easy and stress free as possible, we
