video cable allows various video sources (e.g. camcorder, iPod video,
iPhone, video players produced by various manufacturers, etc.) to
be connected to the Media Interface via AUX. The videos are played

REGISTER has up to 4 GB of memory, offering virtually unlimited

from DVDs and CDs and from SD memory cards. The optional
Media Interface ( see page 16 ) also allows you to connect your
mobile music player. And for convenience and enhanced safety,
all of these functions can be controlled via your COMAND system.

The Alustyle basic carrier bars, specifically
developed for the SL, are precision-tailored
to the vario-roof and are fitted to the A-pillar
and the rear. The vehicle must feature the
optional extra “pre-installation for carrier
systems”. The Alustyle basic carrier bars
