Dieses Paket ermöglicht den Upgrade von ROTALIGN® und ROTALIGN® PRO zu dem Nachfolgender-Modell ROTALIGN® Ultra. ROTALIGN® Ultra basiert auf dem bewährten Messverfahren von ROTALIGN®. Der ROTALIGN® Ultra Computer verfügt
über einen hintergrundbeleuchteten Bildschirm,
eine alphanumerische, hintergrundbeleuchtete Tastatur, sowie USB und Bluetooth® Technologie.
Durch die erweiterten Funktionen werden sogar

resolution of 1/1000 mm. A built-in precision inclinometer automatically determines the shaft rotation angle during measurement. Dust cap and

Compact chain-type bracket
Kompakte Ketten-Spannvorrichtung
This universal chain-type bracket is contained in a
cloth storage pouch that provides orderly and
convenient storage of all parts needed for quick,
rigid mounting of the measurement components.
The bracket fits onto nearly any shaft or coupling
approx. 15 mm to 500 mm / 5/8” to 20” in
diameter. Easily mounts in less than 1 minute!
Universeller Spannvorrichtungssatz. Die Rolltasche

The ROTALIGN Ultra USB cable is used to connect
ROTALIGN Ultra to a PC via the USB port. This
makes it possible to transfer measurement files to
a PC for analysis, storage and printing of reports
through the Windows*-compatible ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR program.
Der ROTALIGN PRO Rechner wird mit dem PCKabel über die serielle Schnittstelle RS 232C an
einen PC angeschlossen. So lassen sich auf dem PC

Battery charger
Ladegerät
The battery charger is used to charge the ROTALIGN Ultra rechargeable battery (ALI 4.603). The
battery can only be charged when it is inside the
computer.
Following charging, the charger automatically
switches to charge-maintenance mode to prevent
damage from overcharging. This means that the
charger can be left connected to the battery if so
desired.
If ROTALIGN Ultra is switched on when the charger
is connected, the instrument is supplied with mains
supply.
Der ROTALIGN Ultra Akku (ALI 4.603) lässt sich mit
dem Ladegerät wieder aufgeladen. Der Akku kann
nur innerhalbs des Rechners geladen werden.
Nach dem Ladevorgang schaltet das Ladegerät
automatisch in den Modus Lade-Erhaltung um und
verhindert somit Beschädigungen durch Überladung. Dadurch kann das Ladegerät ohne Bedenken am Akku angeschlossen bleiben.

Ultra components are mounted, the adjustment
tube fits onto the receiver. The laser beam is then
adjusted to enter the front hole and strike the

Die ROTALIGN Ultra READER Software CD
ALI 4.722 CD ist Bestandteil des ROTALIGN UltraPakets. Die CD enthält den ROTALIGN Ultra READER, eine ROTALIGN Ultra PC-Software für die
Kommunikation zwischen Messgerät und PC in
einer Richtung mit der Daten am PC angesehen,
ausgedruckt und archiviert werden können.
Die CD enthält außerdem die folgenden ROTALIGN
Ultra Dokumentationen: Kurzanleitung, Handbuch, Produktkatalog und Datenblatt.
Darüber hinaus befinden sich auf der CD das
ROTALIGN Ultra Display Tool, der Licence Manager, der Alignment Explorer (für die Kommunikation zwischen PC und ROTALIGN Ultra), Anweisungen zur Freischaltung des ROTALIGN Ultra READERs und ein Upgrade auf ROTALIGN Ultra

Software
The ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR software CD contains
ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR, the ROTALIGN Ultra PC
software that supports two-way communication
between the instrument and a PC. In addition to
editing, printing and archiving measurement data,
measurement files can be prepared on a PC in
advance and then transferred to the instrument for
actual measurement.

The ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR registration voucher
ALI 4.733 contains the voucher number required
to request the ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR (Shaft)
registration key which then enables the registration of ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR. After entering the
voucher number as directed in the License Manager, a registration key request form is generated.
The request form is then sent back to PRÜFTECHNIK Alignment Systems or the local representative
to obtain the ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR (Shaft)
license ALI 4.731. The voucher is part of the
ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR PC software package ALI
4.730.

Der ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR Registierungs-Gutschein ALI 4.733 enthält die Gutscheinnummer,
die Sie benötigen, um den Registriercode für den
ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR (Shaft) anzufordern. Mit

Um alle Funktionen des leistungsfähigen ROTALIGN Ultra EDITORs voll nutzen zu können, muss
die Software zuerst registriert werden. Dazu wird
ein Registriercode benötigt. Dieser Registriercode
ist in der ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR (Shaft) Lizenz
Zertifikat ALI 4.731 enhalten. Das Registrierverfahren führen Sie mit Hilfe des Licence Managers
durch.

To make full use of the powerful ROTALIGN Ultra
EDITOR (Shaft) features, the software must be
registered. To effect registration, a registration key
is required. This registration key is contained in the
ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR (Shaft) licence certificate
ALI 4.731. This licence is issued only after a filledout ROTALIGN Ultra EDITOR registration voucher
ALI 4.733 has been returned to PRÜFTECHNIK
Alignment Systems or a local representative. The
registration process is carried out using the License
Manager.

ROTALIGN® Ultra
Software
All ROTALIGN Ultra units are supplied with an
already registered shaft alignment firmware. The
ROTALIGN Ultra shaft alignment firmware registration certificate ALI 4.741 contains the licence code
that was used to register the firmware and could
be required during firmware updates. The certificate is delivered with each unit for record purposes
and should be stored safely.

Alle ROTALIGN Ultra Geräte werden mit einer
bereits freigeschalteten Wellenausricht-Firmware
geliefert. Das ROTALIGN Ultra WellenausrichtFirmware Zertifikat ALI 4.741 enthält das Passwort,
