Duplobond®-Spacer films are the perfect system for the manufacture of membrane switches. Ideal alignment of the acrylic adhesive reliably bonds the most
diverse layers of your membrane switch.
The Duplobond® range offers:

good initial tack and high final adhesive strength.
• High quality, specially treated polyester films guarantee constant
thicknesses.

flatness of our sheets.

PE-Paper liner.
• Easy identification through printed product features: product name,
total thickness, article and batch number.
• Constant high quality due to in-process-control-systems and a quality
control system secured by DIN EN 9001.
Funktionierende Kontakte brauchen hermetisch abgesicherte Systeme
Duplobond®-Spacerfolien machen aus Folientastaturen ein hermetisch abgedichtetes System, das die Kontakte vor Feuchtigkeit, Schmutz und den meisten
Chemikalien schützt.
Das System:
Acrylatklebstoff:
Der alterungsbeständige Acrylatklebstoff zeichnet sich durch seine gute Scherfestigkeit (Köhasion) aus, lässt sich gut stanzen und bleibt formstabil. Die Anfangsklebkraft ist so eingestellt, dass verklebte Folien noch repositionierbar
sind. Die Endklebkraft garantiert eine dauerhafte zuverlässige Verbindung.
Träger:
Die temperaturbeständigen Trägerfolien aus Polyester in unterschiedlichen Stärken
ermöglichen einen differenzierten Einsatz und garantieren hohe Funktionalität.
Abdeckung:
Die spezielle Abdeckung aus PE-Papier bleibt auch bei hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit dimensionsstabil, ist gut zu verarbeiten und
leicht abzuziehen. Die aufgedruckte Produktkennzeichnung
ermöglicht eine zuverlässige Handhabung.
Lieferformen:
• Doppelseitig abgedeckte Bogen als Lagerware im Format
1000 mm x 700 mm.

Duplobond®-Spacer films turn membrane switches into a hermetically sealed
system, which protects all contacts from moisture, dirt, and almost all chemicals.
The System:
Acrylic adhesive:
The ageing resistant acrylic adhesive shows good shear adhesion (cohesion), die
cutting properties and dimensional stability. Initial adhesion is designed to allow the
repositioning of the films. Final adhesion guarantees a permanently reliable bond.
Carrier:
Temperature resistant polyester carrier films in various thicknesses permit use in
various applications and guarantee high functionality.
Liner:
The special polyethylene liner keeps its dimensional stability even in humid conditions, has good manufacturing capabilities and can be removed easily. Imprinted
product identification allows for easy reliable handling.
Delivery form:
• Double covered sheets in a dimension of 1000 mm x 700 mm are on stock.
• Further sheet sizes and die cuts on request.
