Zum Schärfen von Diamant-Trennscheiben und -Dosensenkern
Application
For sharpening of diamond blades and diamond core bits
So schärfen Sie richtig
Schneiden Sie 5 bis 6 mal unter leichtem Druck im Trockenschnitt in den Schärfstein/-platte ein. Ist diese erste Sequenz beendet, starten Sie eine zweite und schneiden weitere 5–6 Mal mit leichtem Druck in den Schärfstein/platte ein. Dabei schalten Sie die Maschine aus und warten bis die Diamant-Trennscheibe im Schärfstein/-platte zum Stillstand kommt. Diese Vorgänge wiederholen Sie solange, bis sich das Diamantkorn wieder optimal aus
der Bindung ausschält und ein neuer Spanraum entstanden ist. Fahren Sie mit dem Fingernagel über das Diamantblatt im Bereich der Schneidkante und prüfen, ob das Diamantkorn optimal zu spüren ist.
Verstumpft die Diamant-Trennscheibe trotz wiederholtem Schärfvorgang erneut, sollten Sie unbedingt auf eine höherwertige Diamant-Trennscheiben-Qualität wechseln oder einen Fachberater bzw. Anwendungstechniker
zu Rate ziehen.
Achtung: Schärfen nur im Trockenschnitt – bei Tischsägen das Wasser abschalten!
How to sharpen correctly
Cut dry into the sharpening stone 5 to 6 times with low pressure. Start a second sequence and cut into the sharpening stone 5 to 6 times again. Switch off the machine inside the sharpening stone and wait until the diamond
blade comes to a complete stop. Repeat this procedure until the diamond grain emerges from the bond and a new chip space has developed. Use your fingernail to rub over the cutting egde of the disc and inspect if you can
feel the diamond grain clearly.
If the diamond blade blunts again despite the sharpening process was repeated, please upgrade to a higher quality of diamond blades and consult your local dealer or application engineer.
Caution: just sharpen in dry cut - switch off the water supply at table saws!
