Was ist ein Original-KLEPPER-Faltboot?
How do you describe the Original KLEPPER folding kayak?
Ein KLEPPER-Faltboot ist ein zerlegbares Kajak, das leicht zu transportieren ist.
Rausholen. Aufbauen. Losfahren. In ca. 15 Minuten Aufbauzeit entsteht – ohne Werkzeug – ein Kajak, das für alle Gewässer geeignet ist. Stabil, jahrzehntelang haltbar und einfach zu paddeln. KLEPPER-Faltboote sind durch integrierte Luftschläuche unsinkbar, liegen
kippstabil im Wasser und vertragen eine enorme Zuladung. Mit den speziellen hochwertigen original KLEPPER-Segeln lassen sich die Boote auch sehr gut segeln.
Wo liegt der Vorteil eines Original-KLEPPER-Faltbootes? Mit einem KLEPPER-Faltboot die Welt zu erobern fällt nicht schwer. Nach kurzem Aufbau
entsteht ein vollwertiges, sogar hochseetüchtiges, Kajak. Der Vorteil liegt auf der Hand.
Das KLEPPER-Faltboot kann man mitnehmen, ob im Flugzeug, in der Bahn oder im Auto,
auf eine Spritztour, lange Expeditionen oder für den Sonntagsausflug. Zu Hause kann es
problemlos gelagert und ohne großen Platzaufwand verstaut werden.
KLEPPER-Qualität
Ein Original-KLEPPER-Faltboot ist unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten ein überaus umweltfreundliches Produkt, da es größtenteils aus natürlichen Materialien – Holz – Baumwolle
– Kautschuk – besteht. Es ist eines der wenigen Produkte, die in Handarbeit in Deutschland hergestellt werden. Aufgrund der besonders hochwertigen, ausgesuchten Materialien
ist ein KLEPPER-Faltboot ein sehr langlebiges Produkt. Das Holzgerüst ist circa 40 Jahre
haltbar, die Bootshaut circa 20 Jahre, fachgerechte und regelmäßige Pflege vorausgesetzt.
Woraus besteht ein Original-KLEPPER-Faltboot?
Ein Original-KLEPPER-Faltboot besteht aus einem zerlegbaren Holzgerüst und einer flexiblen Bootshaut. Alle Teile können leicht in ein bzw. zwei Packtaschen verstaut werden.
Das Gerüst besteht aus mehrfachverleimtem Birkensperrholz- und Eschenholzteilen, die
durch ein patentiertes Steck- und Schnappsystem aus speziell gehärtetem und eloxiertem
Aluminium – ohne jedes Werkzeug – miteinander verbunden werden.
Die Bootshaut besteht aus der Oberseite, die aus speziellem, wasserdicht gewebtem und
imprägniertem Baumwollstoff gefertigt wird und der Unterseite. Dieses Unterschiff ist aus
TPU (Thermoplastisches Polyurethan), einer Kunststoffhaut, die doppelseitig ein Kreuzgewebe umschließt und damit sehr robust und widerstandsfähig ist. Im Vergleich zum vorherigen CSM (ehemals Hypalon) ist es gleichwertig stabil, aber 30% leichter!
5 Jahre KLEPPER-Garantie
Die Garantie auf alle Original-KLEPPER-Faltboote und Original-Zubehörteile beträgt fünf Jahre.

KLEPPER sails are also available.
What is the advantage of an Original KLEPPER folding kayak? To discover the world with a KLEPPER folding kayak is not difficult. After quick assembly
you create a high quality kayak which can also be used on the „High Seas“ The advantage
is obvious. The KLEPPER folding kayak can be transported either by plane, car, train or just
for a Sunday outing. At home it can easily be stored.
KLEPPER Quality
The Original KLEPPER folding kayak is environmentally friendly. It not only uses mainly natural raw materials but it is also one of the few German products which is mainly produced
by hand. KLEPPER would not be KLEPPER if the company would not have adhered to the
same production standards which made the company world famous for its quality and design. Each boat is individually produced with the highest quality standards. Because of the
high quality materials used, KLEPPER folding kayaks are a long term investment. If properly
maintained the frame will last at least 40 years and the hull at least 20 years.
What does an Original KLEPPER folding kayak consist of?
The original KLEPPER folding kayak consists of a frame, which can be taken apart, and a
flexible boat skin. All parts can be stowed in two carrying bags.
The Frame is made of Iaminated birch and ash and the individual pieces are then joined
by way of patented fasteners. All fasteners are made from hardened specially treated aluminum.
The Hull is made of specially treated and waterproof cotton and the bottom part is made
of very durable and robust TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) which is about 30% lighter
than the formerly used CSM.

Der Traum von Johann KLEPPER: Ein Boot zum Mitnehmen
Johann KLEPPER’s dream: a kayak to go
Im Jahre 1907 erwarb der Rosenheimer Schneidermeister Johann KLEPPER die Lizenz von Alfred Heurich dem Urheber der modernen Faltbootidee - für die
Alleinfabrikation des Bootstyps Delphin. Er verwirklichte damit seinen Traum: Ein Boot zum Mitnehmen
herzustellen. Johann KLEPPER war klar, dass die Konstruktion von Heurichs „Delphin“ noch weit von
einem benutzerfreundlichen Serienboot entfernt war.
Was in einer Dachkammer begann, entwickelte sich
zu einem Unternehmen von beachtlicher Größe. Als
er 1907 mit der Ausarbeitung des Serienfaltbootes
begann, konnte er sich wohl selbst kaum vorstellen,
dass er 22 Jahre später an der Spitze eines Unternehmen stehen würde, welches täglich 90 Faltboote produzierte und fast 2.500 Mitarbeiter beschäftigte.
Das Faltboot wurde zum Symbol von Freiheit und Mobilität, begünstigt durch die Anfang
des 20. Jahrhunderts beginnende Pfadfinder- und Wandervogelbewegung. Das Faltboot
war Auslöser eines neuen Volkssports, der die Bedürfnisse der Kunden nach Freiheit, Erlebnis und Abenteuer weckte und immer mehr Menschen in seinen Bann zog. Bald fand man
auch Zelte, passende Kleidung und Zubehör im KLEPPER-Programm.
In 1907 Johann KLEPPER, master tailor in Rosenheim, Germany, acquired the license from
Alfred Heurich - the creator of the folding kayak idea - to exclusively produce the folding
kayak named “Dolphin”. Johann KLEPPER achieved his dream to design a kayak to go. But
he also realized that the “Dolphin” was far from being a user-friendly kayak.
What began in an attic, evolved into a company of considerable size. When he started in
1907, he could probably hardly imagine that, 22 years later, he would be producing ninety
folding kayaks a day and would have almost 2500 employees.
The folding kayak became the symbol of freedom and mobility, fostered by the beginning
of the 20th century movement of hiking and outdoor activities. The folding kayak was also
the catalyst of a new popular sport that appealed to the customer‘s need for freedom,
adventure and thrills that drew more and more people under its spell. KLEPPER also eventually produced tents, outdoor clothing and gear and offered a full range of expedition
equipment.
In addition to being well-known for expeditions to remote lakes and rivers, KLEPPER folding kayaks were also very successful on the sporting scene. During the 1936 Olympic
Games KLEPPER folding kayaks won six gold, six silver and six bronze medals! In 1937,
at the Paris World Exposition, KLEPPER folding kayaks won the “Grand Prix”, the highest
award for engineering. KLEPPER has, in essence, always been „leading the pack“.
The KLEPPER Museum Association was established in November 2000. It‘s main task is to
document and preserve the history and the tradition of KLEPPER folding kayaks.
Neben den erfolgreichen Einsätzen bei Expeditionen und Erstbefahrungen lassen sich auch
die sportlichen Erfolge sehen: Im Jahre 1936 wurden alle olympischen Disziplinen mit
KLEPPER-Faltbooten gewonnen, 6 Gold-, 6 Silber- und 6 Bronzemedaillen! Auch bei allen
anderen Wettkämpfen hatten die KLEPPER-Boote die Nase vorn. Bei der Weltausstellung in
Paris im Jahre 1937 wurden die KLEPPER-Artikel mit der höchsten Auszeichnung bedacht,
dem „Grand Prix“.
Im November 2000 wurde der Förderverein KLEPPER-Museum e.V. gegründet. Vereinszweck
ist, die Geschichte und die Tradition der KLEPPER-Produkte zu bewahren und zu dokumentieren.

KLEPPER verwendet für seine Gerüste drei verschiedene Materialien:
KLEPPER frames are available in three types of material:
Holz – Aluminium – Carbon
Wood – Aluminum - Carbon
Holzgerüste
Hier wird ausschließlich Esche und Birkensperrholz verwendet. Die Esche wird bei allen
Längsteilen verwendet wie z.B. Süllrand, Kimmstab oder Bordwand. Esche ist sehr biegsam
und zugleich sehr strapazierfähig. Die Birke wird mehrfach verleimt, man spricht hier vom
Multiplex-Verfahren. Das Innenleben (Spanten, Steven und der Bumerang) sowie die Holzplatten an Bordwand und Kielboden sind mehrfach verleimt. Alle Holzteile werden 3-fach
tauchlackiert und zwischen jedem Tauchgang liegen mindestens 24 Stunden Trockenzeit.
Wood frame
Ash and birch are the only two types of wood we use. Ash is used for all long parts of the frame
like the cockpit coaming, the rods or the gunwale because of its flexibility and strength. Layers of birch are bonded together in a procedure called multiplex. All parts inside the frame
(ribs, bow and stern pieces, boomerang) and the smaller wooden plates on the gunwale
and on the keelboard are made of several layers of wood, glued together. All wooden parts
are dip-coated three times in marine varnish, with a 24 hour drying in between each coat.
Carbongerüste
Erhältlich für den KLEPPER Langeiner Aerius I 490 und den KLEPPER Langzweier Aerius
II 545. Verwendet werden hier die Materialien Epoxydharz, Kohlefasergewebe, Glasfasergewebe und Aramid. Dieses sind sehr leichte Materialien, die auch im Flugzeugbau und
Rennsport bevorzugt verarbeitet werden. Somit ein leichtes und doch stabiles Gerüst für
die KLEPPER-Faltboote.
Carbon frame
Carbon frames are available for the Aerius I 490 and the Aerius II 545. The carbon frame is
made of epoxy resin, carbon fiber fabric, fiberglass netting and aramid fiber. These components are very light and are also used in aircraft construction and racing. This provides for
light and solid frames.
Aluminium
Nur die KLEPPER Aerius Smartline 490 ist mit einem Aluminiumgerüst erhältlich. Zweisitzer
sind nicht vorgesehen oder geplant. Das Aluminium wurde gehärtet und eloxiert. Obwohl
das ganze Boot nur ein Gewicht von ca. 21 kg hat, ist es mit einer Zuladung von 180 Kilo
nicht zu unterschätzen.
Aluminum frame
The Aerius I Smartline 490 is the only KLEPPER single kayak with an aluminum frame. We
do not produce a double KLEPPER with an aluminum frame. The weight of the boat is only
21 kg but do not underrate the payload of 180 kg.

Hulls
KLEPPER bietet grundsätzlich zwei verschiedene Bootshäute in vier Ausstattungsvarianten an:
KLEPPER generally offers two different types of hull in 4 variations:
Smartline, Classic and Expedition/Quattro.
Smartline, Classic, Expedition /Quattro
Durch das Material des Unterschiffes wird der Name des Bootes bestimmt. Aerius heißen
alle Boote. Aerius heißt übersetzt Luft und soll Ihnen nur zeigen, dass alle KLEPPER-Boote
mit Luftschläuchen ausgestattet sind. Das Oberschiff (Verdeck) besteht bei allen Modellen
aus Baumwolle.
Smartline
Alle Boote der Smartline haben ein Unterschiff aus weiß-grauem PVC. Dieses Material ist
für den Wassersport gut geeignet und wir empfehlen die Boote aus der Smartline Serie für
stehende Gewässer (Seen) und Flüsse mit genügend Wasser.
Classic
Die Boote der Classic Serie haben vorerst noch ein graues Unterschiff aus CSM. Im Laufe
diesen Jahres werden wir umstellen. Dann haben auch die Classic-Boote außen ein graues
Unterschiff aus TPU. Unsere Empfehlung für stehende Gewässer und Flüsse aller Art.
Expedition und Quattro
Diese Modelle haben alle ein schwarzes Unterschiff aus TPU. Der Quattro ist das einzige
Modell mit 4 Luftschläuchen für den zusätzlichen Sicherheitsaspekt bei schwerster Beladung und/oder mehrwöchigen Expeditionen z.B. auf offener See.
Bei der CSM-/Hypalonhaut dienen Kielstreifen zum Schutz gegen Beschädigungen und zum
Schutz der Naht in der Bootshaut. Die heutigen TPU-Häute sind so strapazierfähig, dass sie
eigentlich ohne Kielstreifen auskommen - es wird lediglich noch ein einziger zur Abdeckung
der Naht bei einigen Modellen benötigt! Da aber unsere Boote auch einiges aushalten
müssen und das Wasser nicht immer die Hindernisse preisgibt, statten wir alle TPU-Modelle
- außer Smartline - mit einem 25 cm breiten Kielstreifen aus.
The skin is made of two parts: deck (top part) and the hull (bottom part). All KLEPPER
kayaks are named Aerius which indicates the air sponsons inside the hull. The deck is always made of cotton.
Smartline
Smartline KLEPPER kayaks are made of white-grey PVC. The PVC is of watersport quality.
It is recommended for lakes and rivers with lots of water. We do not recommend using a
KLEPPER with a PVC hull for whitewater.
Classic
Classic KLEPPER kayaks are made of very robust grey TPU and are made in three layers: a
layer of TPU, a layer of cloth and a layer of TPU. We recommend this type of hull for lakes
and rivers.
Expedition and Quattro
Expedition and Quattro KLEPPER kayaks always have a black hull, made of very robust TPU.
The Quattro is the only model with 4 air sponsons due to safety when using it for expeditions with very heavy payload in the open sea.
When we used the hypalon hulls, keelstrips were necessary to protect the skin as well as
the stitching. The new TPU hull is extremely robust, thus there is only one keelstrip needed
to protect the stitching. Nevertheless we put keelstrips of 25 cms on all our TPU-models except the Smartline - to render them even more robust.

Smartline Alu 490

Warum ein Quattro?
Der Quattro stellt die höchste Entwicklungsstufe der Aerius-Serie dar. Konstruktion und Ausstattung
sind für das Extrempaddeln ausgelegt. Der Aerius Quattro wird höchsten Ansprüchen an Leistung und
Sicherheit gerecht und ist damit das richtige Kayak zum Erkunden weißer Flecken auf dem persönlichen Atlas. Serienmäßige Ausstattung: Die Grundausstattung enstpricht der des Aerius Expedition.
Jedoch weist der Aerius Quattro als einzigartiges Konstruktionsmerkmal zwei zusätzliche Luftschläuche auf, die dem Boot zu noch höherer Ladekapazität und Auftrieb verhelfen. Dadurch erreicht er ein
Höchstmaß an Sicherheit. Die Rumpfform des Aerius Quattro kann durch variables Aufblasen der vier
Luftschläuche stufenlos von einer V- bis zu einer U-Form verändert werden. Somit wird der Tiefgang
verringert.
What is the advantage of a Quattro?
The Quattro is the star among the Aerius-series. Construction and equipment come up to the highest
demands in paddling. It is particularly robust and very safe therefore exactly the right kayak for extreme excursions. Standard equipment complies with the Aerius Expedition models. But the Quattro
offers a distinct difference in construction: two additional airsponsons in order to allow even higher
loading capacity and provide for maximum safety. By inflating the airsponsons variybly to your particular requirements, you can change the form of the hull from a V- to a U-form, thus minimizing the
draft.

The Aerius 585 XXL Quattro is very vesatile. It can easily accommodate a family of four or lots
of gear for two people. If used as a family boat, we recommend for the person in front to be
the skipper in order to make room inside for the additional seats. If paddled only by two people for longer expeditions we recommend positions one and three for the paddlers and position four (at the back of the cockpit) to store bulky items. Sails optional. We recommend S3.

Für unsere KLEPPER-Faltboote bieten wir 3 verschiedene Segel an. Das Treibsegel Pacific, das
Vollsegel S1 ohne Gaffel und das Vollsegel S2 / S3 mit Gaffel.
Segeln ist groß im Kommen und daran hat nicht zuletzt der Ausleger großen Anteil. Er gibt
Ihnen eine sehr hohe Sicherheit auch bei rauer, windiger See. Alle Nutzer des Auslegers sagen:
„Wo ich früher mein Segeltuch eingeholt habe, fange ich jetzt erst richtig an.“ Ein Kentern mit
dem Ausleger ist fast unmöglich. Der Ausleger ist auch ohne Besegelung nutzbar, Sie benötigen
nur das Mastunterteil dazu. In Verbindung mit der Badeleiter ist so das Schwimmen vom Boot
aus bequem möglich.
“Sail if you can and paddle if you must” was the KLEPPER slogan in the fifties.
We offer three types of sails for KLEPPER kayaks: the Pacific Action drift sail, the S1 sail rig
without gaff and the S2 / S3 sail rig with gaff.
More and more KLEPPER enthusiasts are using the sail rig with the outrigger system because
it is extremely stable and almost eliminates capsizing. The outrigger system renders the boat
very stable even in rough seas. Our clients state: „with the outrigger system, we now start
sailing where before we stopped“. The outrigger system can also be used for swimming and
reentering the boat comfortably by only using the lower piece of the mast.

Segel S2 / S3
Gewicht 8 kg. Beinhaltet Vorsegel, Hauptsegel, Mast 3-teilig, Gaffel, Baum, Schwertbrücke
und Seitenschwerter sowie Segeltasche. Das Vollsegel S2 hat eine Segelfläche von knapp
5 Quadratmeter. Dadurch ist in den meisten Regionen und Ländern kein Segelschein erforderlich. Informieren Sie sich aber immer unbedingt vorher am Urlaubsort. Das S2 ist für unseren Zwei- und Mehrsitzer konstruiert, wird aber oft auch in Verbindung mit dem Ausleger am
Langeiner genutzt. Durch seine Gaffel beträgt die Masthöhe fast 4,50 Meter. Wir empfehlen
das Segeln bis Windstärke 3, maximal 3,5. Dann sollte nur noch in Verbindung mit dem Ausleger gesegelt werden. Als sehr nützliches Zubehör empfehlen wir hier den Reitbalken auch „Traveller“ genannt. Das S2 ist in den Farben weiß, rot-schwarz, blau-weiß oder rot-weiß erhältlich
und beinhaltet auch Schwertbalken und Seitenschwerter.

crossbar, and leeboards and a sailing bag. The full S2 sail (formerly S4) has a sail rig of just
under 5 square meters, so a boating certificate is not necessary in most countries, but please
remember to check the local laws when you travel with your KLEPPER. The S2 is designed for
our double KLEPPER kayaks and for the 585 XXL, but with the outrigger system it can also be
used with the Aerius 490. Due to its gaff, the height of the mast amounts to 4.50 meters. We recommend sailing up to a wind speed of 3 bft to a maximum of 3.5 bft. Beyond 3.5 bft, it should
only be sailed with the outrigger system. We recommend using the Traveller. The S2 is available
in white, red-black, blue-white or red-white and includes a leeboard crossbar and leeboards.
Segel S1
Gewicht 7,5 kg. Beinhaltet Vorsegel, Hauptsegel, Mast 3-teilig, Baum, Schwertbrücke und Seitenschwerter sowie Segeltasche. Das Segel S1 ist für alle Einsitzer außer Smartline Alu 490

Langeiner 490. Aber auch für den KLEPPER Einsitzer 450 und den „kleinen“ Tramp ist es in Verbindung mit dem Ausleger ein tolles sportliches Erlebnis. Das Segel S1 ist in den Farben weiß,
rot-schwarz, rot-weiß und blau-weiß erhältlich und hat im aufgebauten Zustand eine Höhe von
fast 3 Metern. Schwertbalken und Seitenschwerter sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Sail S1
Weight: 7.5 kg. Contains jib sail, main sail, three-part mast, tree view, leeboard crossbar, and
leeboards as well as sailing bag. The S1 sail is perfect for all single seaters except the Smartline Alu 490. It can also be used for the KLEPPER double seater. With a sail area of nearly 2.5

Treibsegel Pacific / Gewicht: 2 kg
Das Pacific Segel ist ein Treibsegel und nur für achterlichen Wind (von hinten) geeignet. Durch
seine Segelfläche von 1,5 Quadratmetern geht schon bei Windstärke 2 „die Post ab“ und
man ist bereits schneller unterwegs als beim kräftigen paddeln. Der Aufbau dauert höchstens 10 Minuten. Erst einmal am Boot festgezurrt, lässt es sich innerhalb von Sekunden
seitlich einholen oder wieder aufstellen. Das Segel ist in den Farben weiß und rot-schwarz
erhältlich und beinhaltet Segel, Adapter für Süllrandbefestigung und Schoten.
Pacific Driftsail / Weight: 2 kg
The Pacific sail is a driftsail and only to be used with the wind abaft (downwind). The sail size
is 1.5 square meters and with a wind of 2 bft you will get wherever you want to go much
faster than you could ever paddle. Assembly takes only about 10 minutes. Before you leave
shore, assemble and clamp the sail securely to your KLEPPER kayak, it can be lifted in seconds.

Steueranlage Standard
Diese Steueranlage besteht aus einem breiten Steuerblatt – gerne auch als Pizzablech bezeichnet – Steuerquerteil und Steuerstift. Außerdem sind Steuerseile, Steuerpedal und eine Aufholleine fürs Steuerblatt im Lieferumfang enthalten. Für alle Modelle außer Smartline Alu 490.

Steuerpedal
Das Steuerpedal wird entweder auf Kralle oder auf Schiene angeboten. Auf Kralle bedeutet, es
wird links und rechts am Kielboden festgekrallt und zugeschraubt. Auf Schiene heißt, es liegt
in einer Schienenführung, genau wie die Sitze.
Das Steuerpedal bzw. die Steueranlage auf Schiene empfehlen wir für den Langeiner 490 und
den Langzweier 545 (für diese Modelle ist jedoch auch auf Kralle möglich). Für alle anderen
Modelle empfehlen wir auf Kralle.
Rudder pedal
The rudder pedal is offered either on clamp or on rail. On clamp means the pedal
will be screwed down and will cling on the right and left sides at the keelboard. On
rail means the pedal will be screwed in a rail channel just like the seats.

Spritzdecken
Die KLEPPER-Spritzdecken werden alle mit Klett und Gegenflausch befestigt. In der Spritzdecke
selbst ist der Klett eingenäht, an den Süllrand wird der Flausch geklebt. Die Spritzdecke selbst
ist aus schwarzem, strukturiertem Gewebe gefertigt. (Besonderheit: An der Seite befinden sich
je nach Spritzdeckentyp 2 oder mehrere kleine Bändchen. Bei wechselhaftem Wetter können
Sie die Spritzdecke aufziehen bzw. anbringen. Sollte das Wetter besser werden, einfach seitlich
die Spritzdecke öffnen, auf die andere Seite rollen und mit Hilfe der Bändchen an den Süllrand
kletten. Bei Wetterverschlechterung Band lösen und Spritzdecke wieder schließen.
Spraycover: The KLEPPER spraycovers are all fixed with hook-and-loop fasteners. The hookand-loop fasteners are sewn directly into the spray cover, the fleece is glued to the cockpit
coaming. The spraycover is made of black structured canvas. Special feature of the KLEPPER
spraycover: some models have two or more bands on the side. When the weather is nice, open
the spray cover, roll it on one side and fix it to the coaming with the bands. If the weather
changes, unclip the spraycover and lock it back in place with the hook-and-loop fasteners.

Halterungen fest montiert, in die die Angelhalterung – passend für die meisten handelsüblichen
Angeln – gesteckt wird oder auch ein Positionslicht. Lieferbar ist ein kleineres Montagebrett für
die Befestigung vorne am Süllrand, besonders geeignet für KLEPPER Aerius I und II vorne, sowie

Customized fishing mounting board system for KLEPPER folding kayaks With kayak fishing becoming more and more popular, now, for the first time, fishing from your
folding kayak gets a lot easier – especially if it is a KLEPPER. KLEPPER now offers a fishing
mounting board system for its single and double kayaks. On the Aerius I and II models the
45 cm board, mounted in the front, does not interfere with your paddle stroke and for the
KLEPPER Aerius II the 60 cm board should be attached for fishing in the center. The mounting board is also prepared to fix a sea light (which is vivible for up to 3 km) and additional equipment such as GPS, compass or cell phone. Please indicate your KLEPPER model.

Motorhalterung
Die Motorhalterung aus Holz ist für alle Bootstypen von KLEPPER geeignet, egal ob Einsitzer oder Mehrsitzer. Befestigt wird diese zwischen Rückenlehne und Bumerang und hat eine
Tragkraft von 7,5 Kilogramm. Wir empfehlen eine maximale Motorleistung von 500 Watt.
Motor bracket: The motor bracket is made of wood and can be attached to all types of
KLEPPER kayaks, single or double. It is fixed between backrest and boomerang. The motor has
a bearing force of 7.5 kg. We recommend a maximum engine power of 500 W.
Kompasshalterung
Angeboten wird die Kompasshalterung für vorne und für die Mitte. Nach Möglichkeit
sollte diese aber so weit wie möglich zur Mitte befestigt werden, da durch den Süllrandkopf vorne eine eventuelle Beeinträchtigung bzw. Abweichung der Kompassnadel
möglich ist. Deswegen für den Zweier und den XXL immer die mittlere Position nutzen.
Compass mounts: The compass mounts can be used for the front and middle positions for
single, double and XXL KLEPPER kayaks. The mount should be installed as far away as possible
from the metal cockpit nose in order not to affect the compass needle.
