LoneStar Racing sprocket hubs are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for reduced weight and a brilliant shine. Each
hub is splined to fit the stock axle or our Axcalibar axles.
The Honda, Cannondale and Yamaha 450 hubs are a press
fit and should be installed by a professional. All Yamaha’s
and Suzuki’s are a slip fit and can be installed within minutes. Special conversion hubs for the Banshee, YFZ450 and
LTZ/KFX are made to fit sprockets for the Honda 250R allowing a larger variety of gear ratios and the use of smaller sprockets.

Axcalibar racing axle

The Axcalibar racing axle is one of the
most well known axles in the industry.
It is constructed from unique aircraft
grade steel and heat treated for added
strength. The material itself created a
structural memory allowing the axle
to be straightened without losing its
strength. Each axle is fully adjustable
so you can achieve the width that
best suits your riding conditions and
quad setup. We back the Axcalibar
axle with a true Lifetime Warranty
against bending and breaking. If the
axle is bent, we straighten it. If the axle
breaks it will be replaced for no extra
charge except freight. The warranty
also carries on to the next axle so it is
also covered. Each axle comes with
a triple plate chrome finish. All Honda
and Cannondale axles include a billet
aluminum sprocket hub and Suzuki/
Kawasaki 400’s come with a new brake
hub. All other stock components wil fit
the Axcalibar axle and it will fit into all
OEM bearing housings.

STEERING STEMS/TIGES DE DIRECTION
Lonestar Racing Steering stems are constructed from 4130 Chromoly Steel. Each stem comes with anti-vibration billet clamp kit
and hardware. Clamp kits are available in OEM size or the Pro-Taper size at no additional cost. Each stem is available up to 3’’
taller and also 1’’ foward. If you are using a high capacity fuel tank it is necessary to have a 1’’ taller and 1’’ foward steering stem.
The Yamaha Raptor 660 and the Predator 500 steering stem is automatically 1’’ taller than stock. When using taller stems the handlebars and/or cables may need to be changed.

The aluminum series of axles are
TT Length = 29.5 to 37.5
machined from 7075 T-6 billet.
Each axle has 8’’ of wheel adjustment to match your specific needs.
Axles come complete with wheel
hubs, sprocket hub, disc brake hub
and two locknuts. The entire assembly weighs 9.72 lbs. (drag
length). These axles are only to be used for drag racing or TT /
Flat track. They require a round housing bearing carrier with a
larger diameter bearings.

Banshee Outlaw
The Banshee Outlaw is designed
to use the Banshee motor but
have the Honda 250R suspension geometry. The front end is
raked 18 degrees and the A-Arms
ans S-Arm have been designed
to match the 250R lengths and angles. This chassis must
use LSR A-Arms, Steering Stem and Swingarm. It is a nolink so a custom shock must be used. All brakes, spindles,
axle, and front shocks are Honda 250R. Plastics, radiator,
gas tank and wire harness are OEM Banshee.

All LoneStar Racing chassis are constructed from certified 4130 chromoly steel
and TIG welded to ensure clean long lasting joints. Chassis are based on the
stock geometry so all of the stock components can be used if desired. All Chassis
have three major styles to choose from: MX, TT or Baja. The MX chassis is an
even balance between strength and weight. It utilizes a medium thickness tubing
and enough gussets to handle all MX applications. The TT chassis uses thin wall
tubing and minimal gussets to shave weight but still keep it strong enough for
all TT applications. The Baja chassis uses extra heavy wall tubing and has extra
gussets. The Baja chassis weighs approx. 8lbs more than stock.

XULW Drag Chassis
The XULW Drag Chassis is the ultimate setup for Hill Shooters and Drag Racers. It
is offered in lightweight 4130 Chromoly Steel, or Titanium. The frame is stretched
4’’ in the front end and features an all new double A-Arm suspension system. The
chassis can be built to fit most motors and is based around either Yamaha Banshee
or Honda 250R components. The Chromoly chassis weighs 46 lbs as shown as the
Titanium chassis weighs 22 lbs. XULW chassis can be ordered in stretched lengths
and without suspension. Prices to be determined by shop time and technicality.
These chassis are not intended for front brakes and are only warranted against
manufaturers defects.

Cannondale A-Arms are designed to fit all models of the ATV.
The Chassis has changed over the years, so to accommodate
the cahnges, each kit comes with two different size cone spacers. Longer shocks are also required.

What is the difference between Racing &
Recreational A-Arms?
LSR offers two major styles of A-Arms : Race &
Recreational. The Racing A-Arms are our top of the
line A-Arms. They feature heim joints on the upper AArms for caster adjustability and removable ball joints
for camber adjustability. Most racing A-Arms also feature a fully welded integrated skid plate on the lowers
A-Arms for added stength. The Recreational A-Arms
are nearly identical to the Racing A-Arms with the exception of the caster adjustability. The caster is in a
fixed location much like the OEM A-Arms and the
lower A-Arms do not have the integrated skidplate.
The recreational A-Arms can be used for racing and
are made from the same material as the racing style.
The recreational A-Arms are only available in the most
common sizes.

What is Camber & Caster?
The caster is adjusted through heim joints on the upper A-Arm and effects the sensitivity of the steering.
More caster will make the steering tighter for high speed
tracks and desert racing, and less caster will make
the steering looser for better cornering on tight tracks.
Camber is adjusted at the ball joints and is the angle
of the tires from top to bottom. A tire that has negative
camber will be tilted inward at the top and will straighten
out when cornering so that more tire surface is touching the ground for improved traction.

All Lonestar Racing Swing Arms are constructed from certified 4130
chromoly steel and designed to fit all OEM chassis and most all
OEM components. Front needle bearings and powder coated
finish are included on every arm at no additional cost. Skid plate
mounts are optional but every swing arm will come automatically with Yamaha Banshee style chain guide mounts.

YFZ450 Notes:
The YFZ swing arm is
a round housing design that
comes with the bearing carrier,
caliper kit and necessary hardware. The most common size for
MX is standard length.
DC-2 / DC-4
DC Series No-Link swing arms are made for LSR chassis to
use a custom 18’’ rear shock and bypass all of the stock linkage. The DC-4 is specifically for the 250R chassis with the CRF,
YFZ or KTM motors.

Suzuki / Kawasaki Swing
Arms
Lonestar Racing is one of the very few
companies still making swing arms
for the LT250 and LT500. LSR is also
making swing arms for the KFX / Z400.
We have designed all Suzuki and Kawasaki
swing arms with a round housing chain adjustment commonlyfound
on Honda’s. This style offers easier chain adjustment and requires the
use of a LSR twin row bearing housing that is included witheach swing
arm. They will stillaccommodate the OEM or the Axcaliba racing axle.
The LT’s do not use all of the stock components. But all parts are still
readily available in the aftermarket industry or your local dealer.
Z400 / KFX400
The new Suzuki / Kawasaki 400
swing arm is the most complex
swing arm that LSR makes, but
it pays offin strength, performance and looks. The best MX
setup is to use a +1-1/4. This

will help balance out the quad
and improve the overall weight
transfer & handling. (New holes
must be drilled in the stock skid
plate for proper installation).
LT
All LT Swing Arms require an ‘85 LT250 skid plate. If a skid plate
is not being used, the swing arm is set up to use a Yamaha
Banshee rear chain guide. All LT500’s and ‘87-’90 LT250’s must
use a stock LT500 front chain buffer. All ‘91-’92 LT250’s require
the stock front chain buffer.
Cannondale
The Cannondale wing arms are universal and will fit all sport versions os the ATV. They are designed to use the stock or LSR carrier. The stock skid plate and chain guides may also be used.
The recommmended length for MX is a +1-1/4’’.
Lightweight SwingArms
These Swing Arms are designed for Drag Racing or hill shooting only.
They are constructed with thin wall 4130 chromoly steel and are designed to work with minimal gusseting to shave weight. Each style
is available in almost any size and setup for stock linkage shocks
or no link shocks.
