Die Rein-Einheit
Wand und Decke sind bei G+H ein
Systemverbund, der aus reinraumtechnischen Gründen nicht getrennt
werden sollte. Die Fugen sind generell mit Reinraum-Silikon nassversiegelt und erfüllen damit die strengen

The “Clean“ Unit
For cleanroom technical reasons,
G+H partitions and ceilings are an
interlocking system that should be
executed as one unit. The joints are
generally wet-sealed with cleanroom silicon and fulfill the strict
specifications set down by the cGMP.
Our joints do not require maintenance and are guaranteed to last for
5 years. All systems developed and
offered by G+H are produced exclusively for us by our long-standing
production partners. Thus we always
have influence on the production,
which allows us to guarantee the
highest quality standards.

G+H Schalenbau- / Achsrastersystem Typ WS 8 AS / P
ISO 14644 / VDI 2083 / cGMP
Achsrasterwand mit ein- oder zweiseitiger Beplankung im Einhängesystem aus einer Blechschale in
verzinkter Ausführung mit Pulverbeschichtung oder Edelstahl, geschliffen Korn 240 (auf Wunsch auch Edelstahl mit Pv–Beschichtung).
Die Blechschale ist mit Gipskarton
oder, auf Wunsch, mit HPL-beschichteter Vollspanplatte hinterfüllt.
Weitere Wandoberflächen, z.B. aus
HPL–Vollkern sind möglich. Durchblickfenster und Vollglaselemente
gehören zum System. Bei beidseitiger Beplankung beträgt die Wandstärke ≥ 80 mm, bei einseitiger
Beplankung ≥ 62 mm. Wandhöhen
bis 3500 mm sind ohne Horizontalfuge möglich. Das Flächengewicht

Vorteile
Besonders geeignet für Trennwände mit innenliegenden,
volumigen Installations-Führungen, wie Wasser, Gas oder Klima,
sowie Wandeinbauten mit einer Tiefe von ≥ 62 mm.
Schnelle und saubere Montage, auch direkt auf den fertigen Estrich
oder Fußboden.
Einsatz in allen Reinräumen und reinen Bereichen, bspw. als Vorsatzwand mit minimalem Wandabstand, als kombinierte Wand mit
einer Wandschale auf der „reinen Seite“ und Gegenbeplankung
oder beidseitiger Systembeplankung.
Partition Systems
G+H Shell and Modular Grid Construction Type WS 8 AS / P
ISO 14644 / VDI 2083 / GMP
Modular Grid construction with single or double sided sheeting with a
hook-in system made of galvanized
metal sheets, powder coated or of
stainless steel grinded corn 240 (on
request stainless steel with PV coating). The sheet metal is backfilled
with plaster board or, on request,
with a HPL coated solid chipboard.
Further partition surfaces, e.g. HPLsolid core panels are also available.
Glazed and full-glass elements belong to the system.
With a double-sided sheeting, the
thickness of the partition is 80mm,
with single-sided sheeting it is
62mm. The height of the wall can
reach up to 3500mm without using
horizontal joints. The weight of the
surfaces with single shell sheeting
is 14 kg/m² (solid chipboard) or 21
kg/m²-(DW).
Advantages
Particularly suitable for partitions with bulky interior utility installations such as water pipes, gas lines or ventilation systems as well
as for partition installations that have a depth of 62mm.
Quick and clean mounting, also directly onto the floor screed or

Can be implemented in every cleanroom and “clean” area, e.g.
as a facing shell with minimal partition distance, as a combined

und bauamtliche Zulassungen vor:

The thickness of the partition is

maximum height of the partition can

G+H RR–Kreuzbandrasterdecke Typ
VarioAccess, nicht begehbar
ISO 14644 / Din 1946-4 / VDI 2083
Metalldeckensystem mit glatter,
rissfreier Oberfläche, speziell für den
Einsatz in Reinräumen. Die Kassetten bestehen aus verzinktem Stahlblech oder aus pulverbeschichtetem
Aluminium bzw. Edelstahl.
Die Tragprofile sind Alu–Strangpressprofile, 40 oder 100 mm breit und
70 mm hoch. Die Abhängung erfolgt
mit Gewindestangen und einem
Alu–Hängerunterteil. Die Deckenfläche ist von unten flächenbündig, bei
frei wählbaren Rastermaßen.
Die Abdichtung wird durch einen
seitlich eingelegten FDA–konformen
Silikontrockenschlauch gewährleistet.
Eine Nassversiegelung ist nicht erforderlich, aber möglich. Das Ab- oder
Ausheben der Kassetten durch
raumseitige Überdrücke wird durch
Klemmfedern verhindert.
Das Tragrasterachsmaß beträgt 1330
X 665 mm bei einer Aufbauhöhe
von 132 mm incl. Hängerunterteil.

A metal ceiling system with a
smooth, flaw free surface, made
specifically for use in cleanrooms.
The ceiling panels are made of steel
sheets, powder coated aluminum or
stainless steel. The support profile is
made of extruded aluminum 40 or
100 mm wide and 70 mm high. The
suspension is achieved by use of th-
readed rods and aluminum hanger
units. The area of the ceiling is flush
from below with an arbitrary grid
spacing.
The structural sealing is achieved by
a sideways inserted FDA-compliant
silicon dry hose.
Wet sealing is not necessary but possible. Spring clips prevent the panels
from lifting or shifting due to inside
pressure overload.
The size of the load-bearing grid
is 1330 x 665 mm at an assembly
height of 132 mm including the
hanger unit.
G+H RR – Kreuzbandrasterdecke
Typ VarioAccess, begehbar
ISO 14644 / Din 1946-4 / VDI 2083
Metalldeckensystem mit glatter,
rissfreier Oberfläche speziell für den
Einsatz in Reinräumen. Die unteren
Kassetten bestehen aus verzinktem
Stahlblech, pulverbeschichtetem Aluminium oder Edelstahl, die oberen
Kassetten aus verzinktem Stahlblech.
Die Tragprofile sind Alu–Strangpressprofile, 100 mm breit und 70 bzw.
120 hoch. Die Abhängung erfolgt
mit Gewindestangen und einem
Alu–Hängerunterteil. Realisierbar sind
maximale Spannweiten der Abhänger von 2400 X 2400 mm. Die Traglast beträgt bis zu 150 kg/m².
Die Deckenfläche ist von unten flächenbündig, bei frei wählbaren Rastermaßen. Die Abdichtung erfolgt mittels seitlich eingelegtem FDA–konformen Silikontrockenschlauch. Eine
Nassversiegelung ist nicht erforderlich, aber möglich.
Ein Ab- oder Ausheben der Kassetten
wird durch Klemmfedern verhindert.
Tragrasterachsmaße beträgt 1200 X
1200 mm bei einer Aufbauhöhe von
170 mm bis 220mm.
Flexibel, einfach, effektiv!
Mit den G+H VarioAccess–Deckensystemen können Sie auf die, in
ihrer Funktion eher unwirksamen
Deckenschotts, verzichten. Mit der
begehbaren VarioAccess-Decke inspizieren und revisionieren Sie Ihre
Versorgungstechnik bei laufendem
OP – Betrieb. Das G+H VarioAccess
System schafft über den Reinräumen
ein raumübergreifendes Deckenplenum, das die größtmögliche Installationsfreiheit ohne problematische
Systemübergänge gewährleistet. Für
beide Deckensysteme (nicht begehbar/begehbar) erreichen wir mit den
„Reinraum-Laminarströmen“ optimale, turbulenzarme Verdrängungsströmung. Das System ist selbst
ohne Fugenversiegelung luftdicht.
Bis 250 Pa Überdruck erfolgt kein
Abheben der Deckenelemente. Das
System ist leicht de- und remontierbar.

Flexible, Simple, Effective!
With the G+H Vario Access ceiling
systems you will not need a ceiling
penetration seal whose function is
in reality rather ineffectual. The accessible Vario Access ceiling system
allows you to inspect and carry out
maintenance work on your building
services while operations are taking place in the OR. The G+H Vario Access system creates above the
cleanrooms a ceiling plenum that
can spread over a group of rooms
and provides the best possible freedom to choose the distribution of installations without the problematic
interfaces. For both ceiling systems
(walkable and non-walkable) we
can achieve an optimal low turbulence displacement stream by implementing the “cleanroom Laminar
flow”. The system is air tight in itself
and does not need joint sealings. No
lifting of ceiling elements will occur
up to a pressure overload of 250 PA.
The system is easy to dismantle and
remount.
Due to G+H innovative systems for
operating theatres (ORs) you achieve a fast and easy construction progress because coordination with
other installation fields is no longer
necessary.
Die Türen
The Doors
G+H Schiebetüren
Die Verstärkung der Unterkonstruktion für Schiebetürzargen und Laufwerkschiene wird je nach Wand-Typ
maßgerecht angepasst. Die Zargen
bestehen Stahlblech, verzinkt und
grundiert, Aluminium, Edelstahl geschliffen Korn 240. Alle Zargen sind
auch pulverbeschichtet erhältlich.
Der Einbau in G+H–Wandsysteme
erfolgt flächenbündig, sonst mit
Umfassungsbördelung. Die Einlaufseite ist mit einer Profilmulde passend zum Anschlaggummi versehen, für geräuscharmes und dichtes
schließen.
Je nach Anforderung sind die Türblätter mit Vollspan-, Röhrenspan-,
oder anderen Kernen ausgestattet,
z.B. Schaumstoffen, GK – Mineralwollverbund oder als Vollglaselemente.
Die Decks bestehen aus Stahlblech,
verzinkt und grundiert, Aluminium,
Edelstahl geschliffen Korn 240. Alle
Decks sind auch pulverbeschichtet
erhältlich. Die Durchblickfenster verfügen über flächenbündige Doppelverglasung, innenliegende Jalousien
oder Rollos für manuelle Bedienung
oder elektrischen Antrieb.
Die Ausführung ist ein- oder zwei-
G+H Drehtüren
flügelig, als Teleskopvariante oder,
als Raumhochelemente mit, in der
abgehängten Decke liegender, Laufwerktechnik möglich.
Je nach Anforderung sind die Türen
in zwei Varianten lieferbar:
. Dichtschließende Tür Typ : S 50 –
DS mit absenkender Laufschiene,
manuelle Öffnung mit Hebelgriff
oder Automatik.
. Nicht dichtschließende Tür Typ:
S 50 ohne absenkende Laufschiene,
manuelle Öffnung wahlweise
durch Hebel-, Bügelgriffe oder mit
Automatik-Antrieb.
G+H - Drehtüren sind mit Zargen und
Türblättern auf der Bandseite flächenbündig im G+H - Wandsystem
integriert. Die Bänder können auch
verdeckt eingebaut werden.
Zargen und Türblätter werden in
den gleichen Materialvarianten und
Ausführungen wie die Schiebetüren
angeboten. Für die Türsysteme liegen Schallschutzprüfungen vor, die
je nach Ausführung ein bewertetes
Schalldämmmaß Rw,R von 22 bis 42
dB nachweisen.
Das luftdichte Raum-Modul
Sie erhalten Ihren OP von G+H als
ein in sich geschlossenes, dichtes
Raum – Modul, das in Verbindung
mit externer, reiner Luftzufuhr
die Erfordernisse der Reinraumklassen nach cGMP und ISO 14644
erfüllt.
G+H Sliding Doors
G+H Hinged Doors
The bracing of the sub-construction
for sliding door frames and tracks
is customized according to the type
of wall or partition being used. The
frames are made of primed and
galvanized steel sheets, aluminum,
stainless steel grinded corn 240.
Powder coated frames for all types
of doors are also available.
Doors come in either single or double leaf versions, regular size or in a
ceiling high version which allows access to the utility equipment located
in the suspended ceiling plenum
Installation to the G+H partition system is flush, or else with the perimeter flange. To ensure a noiseless
and sealed closing of the door, the
door leaf slides into a moulded profile matching the rubber stop seal
. Sealed
Tight Door type: S 50 – A tightly sealed door on a
track for shaft sinking movement
which is opened manually by
lever handle or automatically
. Non-Sealed
Door Type: S 50 without track for shaft sinking
movement which is opened manually with either a lever handle,
bow handle or automatically.
Door leaves are equipped with solid
chipboard, hollow cored chipboard
or other interior core, e.g. foam, a
mineral wool composite or a fully
glazed door leaf according to customer requirements. The deck boards
are made of galvanized and primed
steel sheets, aluminum, stainless
steel grinded corn 240. All deck
boards are also available in powdered coating. The visibility windows
contain flush double glazing, integrated Venetian or roller blinds either
manual or electric.
All doors are available in two variations depending on the requirements:
G+H – hinged doors are always integrated into the G+H wall systems
with the frames and door leaves
flushed. All hinges can be recessed
into the door frame.
Frames and Door elements are
available in the same material variations and specifications as sliding
doors. Our door systems have been
tested for noise protection. Depending on the design of the door sound
insulation values of Rw,R from between 22 to 42 are available.
The Airtight Room Module
With G+H technology your operating theatre (OR) will be a self-enclosed, airtightly sealed modular
rooms that fulfills the requirements
of clean room classifications stipulated by the cGMP and ISO 14644
concerning the supply of external
pure air to a room.
