IROGRAN® ist das Warenzeichen für eine Vielzahl von Spritzgussprodukten von Huntsman Polyurethanes –
eine Palette von leistungsstarken thermoplastischen Materialien, die leicht auf Standardanlagen verarbeitet werden können.
IROGRAN® A 70 E 4675 ist ein weiches, UV-beständiges,
weichmacherfreies TPU auf Polyesterbasis für
Spritzgussanwendungen. Mit seiner hervorragenden
Bindefestigkeit gegenüber vielen Trägerschichten ist dieses
vielseitige Produkt besonders Konstruktions- und
Fertigungsprojekte geeignet, bei denen ein ZweistufenSpritzgießverfahren verlangt wird.
Der einzigartige Herstellungsprozess von Huntsman ermöglicht
TPUs mit einer höheren Kristallinität. Dies führt zu leistungsstarken TPUs mit einer verbesserten Stabilität der Schmelze und
verkürzten Entformungszeiten.
IROGRAN® A 70 E 4675 ist leicht zu verarbeiten und ermöglicht
außergewöhnlich kurze Zykluszeiten; daher wird es von vielen
Branchen bei der Fertigung von Teilen für die Automobilindustrie,
für Sportgeräte und für Konsumgüter eingesetzt.
