4.Die Verpackungen
Wir liefern alle Produkte in einer umweltfreundlichen
Verpackung, die den jeweiligen Markennamen trägt.
Selbstverständlich verpacken wir Ihre ausgewählten
Produkte auf Wunsch auch in Geschenkpapier. Für Ihre
individuellen Vorschläge stehen wir Ihnen gern zur Verfügung.
5.Der Versand
Selbstverständlich übernehmen wir auf Wunsch für Sie
die komplette Einzel-Versandabwicklung. Bitte senden
Sie uns hierzu spätestens 4 Wochen vor Versandtermin
die Empfängeradressen in Form einer EXCEL-Tabelle per
E-Mail (alternativ: auf Etiketten – mit Ihrem Absender –
mit Verteilerplan). Ihre Glückwunschkarten, Briefe oder
Nachrichten können bei rechtzeitiger Zurverfügungstellung – spätestens 4 Wochen vor Versandtermin – den
Einzelsendungen beigelegt werden. Dafür werden lediglich die Selbst- und Portokosten berechnet.
6.Die Lieferbedingungen
Wir liefern direkt ab Werk oder Zentrallager, die Preise
verstehen sich in Euro freibleibend plus 1 % Bruchversicherung plus Außenverpackung und Frachtkosten plus
gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Bei Bestellungen (Standard­
kollektion) ab 500,– Euro Warennettowert liefern wir
innerhalb Deutschlands bei Versand an eine Anschrift
frachtfrei. Die Lieferung erfolgt ausschließlich für den
Direktbezug gewerblicher Abnehmer, wobei ein Weiterverkauf ausgeschlossen ist und die Erzeugnisse für eigene
gewerbliche Zwecke verwendet werden können.
7.Die Zahlungsbedingungen
Rechnungen sind zahlbar 30 Tage nach Rechnungsdatum, unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt des Wareneingangs.
Bei Barregulierung innerhalb von 14 Tagen werden 2 %
Skonto aus dem Rechnungsbetrag einschließlich Mehrwertsteuer gewährt. Aufträge werden nur zu unseren
vorstehend genannten Lieferungs- und Zahlungskonditio­
nen ausgeführt. Bonusvergütungen am Jahresende können
nicht gewährt werden. Preisänderungen sind vorbehalten.
Im Übrigen gelten die allgemeinen Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen der Rosenthal GmbH.
Mit Erscheinen dieses Katalogs verlieren alle bisher erschienenen Kataloge und Broschüren ihre Gültigkeit.
Druck- und Abbildungsfehler behalten wir uns vor.

The discount is granted on the net purchase value of the
goods of each specific purchase order. Unless otherwise
agreed the same discounts are applicable for customized
items.
3. Customized Patterns
We produce items on special request with individual
company logos or decors. The calculation of the costs is
dependent on your pattern. Products can only be realised
in linewith Rosenthals philosophy and brand values. In
any case we are happy to advise you.
4. Packaging
We deliver all our products in environmentally friendly
packaging that all have our respective brand logos on
them. If requested we gift pack your chosen products. Do
not hesitate to contact us for further suggestions.
5. Delivery
We offer full single-dispatch handling. Please provide
addresses of dispatch together with your order with a
minimum of 6 weeks before you require your items either
in the form of an EXCEL-file via email (alternatively on
labels – with your sender – with shipping schedule). Your
greeting cards, letters or messages can be inserted into
individual packages if given sufficient notice – at least 6
weeks before the dispatch date. Only handling and postage
costs will be charged.
6. Delivery Terms
We ship directly from factory or central warehouse. All
prices are to be understood in Euros (which are subject to
alteration) plus 1 % breakage insurance charge plus outer
packaging and freight costs plus VAT. Delivery is made
solely to commercial customers, resale is expressly forbidden
and the products are for the limited purpose of commercial
use only.
7. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable 30 days after the date of invoice,
regardless of the date of goods received. Payment within
14 days may receive a 2 % cash discount from the invoiced
value including tax. Orders will only be executed subject to
all aforesaid terms. Bonus compensation cannot be granted.
We reserve the right to alter the prices.
Otherwise, the general delivery and payment conditions
of Rosenthal GmbH are applicable.
This catalogue supersedes all previously published
catalogues and brochures.
Errors and omissions excluded.
