Über den Dächern von Meran.

Wo einst sich feudale Burgherren Ihr
Zuhause bauten mit Blick in das Tal
zum Schutze des eigenen Heimes, dort
steht unsere Residence.
Auf einer Anhöhe in 550 Meter ü.d.M.
mit atemberaubendem Blick runter
auf Meran, den jeder in unserem Hause
zur Gänze genießen kann. Startend von
Dorf Tirol über den Pulverturm, dem
Lauf des Flusses folgend, der Passer,
welche sich durch Meran schlängelt
und die Thermen von der Promenade
trennt.
Dort wo sich bereits zur 20.sten
Jahrhundertwende hochgestellte Persönlichkeiten zum flanieren getroffen
hatten. Satt sehen können sie sich
auch an den vielen Zedern, welche
besonders den oberen Teil von Meran,
Obermais, zieren. Nicht zu vergessen
den Untermaiser Kirchturm nebst Pferderennplatz. Vielleicht hat man noch
die Gelegenheit bei einem der stattfindenden Rennen auf das richtige Pferd
zu setzen.
Lassen Sie dann Ihren Rundblick über
die gegenüberliegende Seite Marling
bis nach Lana schweifen, den Beginn in
das weite Etschtal.
Gar einige Schlösser befinden sich in
unserer Nähe. Wir liegen direkt unterhalb Schloss Goyen, rechts von uns
befindet sich Schloss Labers ein Hotel,
darunter Schloss Rametz mit Restaurant und Weinkellerei.
Ein besonderes Schloss wartet ebenso
auf Sie, Schloss Trauttmansdorff, das
bereits Kaiserin Sissi als Rückzugs- und
Erholungsort zu schätzen wusste. Hier
können Sie eintauchen in die Geschichte des Tourismus in Südtirol der letzten
200 Jahre. Außerhalb des Schlosses
erwartet Sie einer der schönsten Gärten
und Parks, weltweit ausgezeichnet mit
dem Garden Tourism Award 2013.
Dove una volta i feudatari costruivano
la loro casa con vista sulla valle, per
proteggere la propria casa, è situato il
nostro residence. Su una collina a 550
metri di altitudine, con una splendida
vista su Merano, che ogni ospite può
godere dalla nostra casa.
Partendo da Tirolo sopra la polveriera,
seguendo il corso del fiume Passirio, che
si snoda attraverso Merano e che divide
le terme dal lungofiume. Là dove già
nel 20° secolo le personalità altolocate
s’incontravano per passeggiare.
Potrete saziarvi, guardando i molti
alberi di cedro, che in particolare decorano la parte superiore di Merano, Maia
Alta. Per non parlare del campanile
di Maia Bassa insieme all’ippodromo.
Forse si ha ancora la possibilità di
puntare sul cavallo giusto in occasione di una delle corse che si svolgono
all’ippodromo.
A seguire, lasciate vagare il vostro
sguardo su lato opposto da Marlengo
fino a Lana, l'inizio nella vasta Val
d'Adige. Alcuni castelli si trovano nelle
nostre vicinanze. Siamo situati direttamente sotto il Castel Gaiano, alla nostra
destra si trova Castel Labers, un hotel,
sotto Castel Rametz con ristorante e
cantina di vini. Inoltre vi aspetta un
castello particolare, Castel Trauttmansdorff, che già l'imperatrice Sissi ha
saputo apprezzare come luogo di rifugio
e di relax. Qui è possibile immergersi
nella storia del turismo in Alto Adige
degli ultimi 200 anni.
Al di fuori del castello, vi aspetta uno
dei più bei parchi e giardini, premiato a
livello mondiale con il Garden Tourism
Award 2013.
Where once Feudal landlords built
their own houses, with a view over the
valley in order to protect their homes,
now stands our guesthouse. At an altitude of 550 meters above sea level,
everyone can enjoy the stunning views
over Merano from our house.
From Dorf Tirol to the Pulverturm,
following the river Passer, which cuts
through the city of Merano and separates the Thermae and the Promenade.
The same town in which important
people used to go for meditative
strolls, since the turn of the 20th century; also enjoying an endless parade of
cedar trees, mostly in the upper part of
Merano, Obermais.
Not least the church tower of Untermais, nearby the horse racing track.
There is still a chance to bet on the
right horse at the races. And while
you're there, just enjoy the panoramic
view from Marling to Lana, to the
beginning of the wide and gorgeous
Etschtal valley.
And there is quite a number of castles
around here too. We're located just beneath one of them, Schloss Goyen. To
our right there is another one, Schloss
Labers, a Hotel, just below Schloss Rametz with a restaurant and wine cellar.
One more, very special castle is awaiting your visit, Schloss Trauttmansdorff, a special kind of place, where the
empress Elisabeth of Austria, known
as Sissi, used to relax and regenerate in
her golden days.
Dip into 200 years of tourism history
in South Tyrol. Surrounding the castle
there is one of the most beautiful gardens and parks, awarded worldwide
with the Garden Tourism Award 2013.

Auch unser Haus erzählt ein bisschen
Geschichte. 12 Wohnungen, alle individuell und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet,
wo vieles noch persönlich gemacht
wird. Sei es mit einem handgefertigten
Gobelinbild, einem selbst gehäkeltem
Deckchen oder Blumengesteck.
Nie wird man müde, darüber zu grübeln, wie man es noch besser machen
könnte.
Unser Ziel war es Einzigartigkeit zu
präsentieren, nicht aus den Augen
lassend, dass Südtirol zwei Gesichter
hat. Das Deutsche für Geradlinigkeit,
Sauberkeit und Genauigkeit. Das Italienische für die Leichtigkeit, Romantik
und Schönheit. Daher haben wir unsere
Wohnungen bewusst zur Hälfte im
Landhausstil und zur anderen Hälfte im
mediterranen Stil ausgestattet.
Unseren Garten zieren nicht nur Apfelbaum oder Birnenbaum. Auch Olivenbäume und Oleander finden sie dort.
Unser Schwimmbad zum Beispiel wurde geradlinig gebaut, gefüllt wird es
mit Salzwasser und im Sommer sorgen
abends die farbigen Lichter im Wasser
ihre eigene Atmosphäre.
Wir leben in einem schönen Land der
unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten vieler
sportlicher Aktivitäten und vor allem
bietet es ein unglaublich großes Netz
an verschiedenen Wandermöglichkeiten. Unser Aufenthaltsraum mit Dachterrasse gibt Ihnen nicht nur zusätzlichen Raum zum Verweilen.
Dort können Sie sich der Muse hingeben, in Ruhe unsere gut bestückte
Hausbibliothek zu durchstöbern.
Sie finden dort neben leichten und anspruchsvollen Büchern und Zeitschriften auch jede Menge Wanderbücher.
So können Sie sich entspannt auf die
nächste Tour vorbereiten, gleich ob
leichterer oder auch anspruchsvollerer
Art. Dabei kommen kleine Leseratten
ebenso nicht zu kurz, im Schrank der
vielen Spiele wartet bereits das ein oder
andere Buch auf sie.
Anche la nostra casa racconta un po’ di
storia. 12 appartamenti, tutti arredati
individualmente e con amore, ove ancora molto viene fatto di persona. Sia che
si tratti di un quadro Gobelin fatto a
mano, che di un centrino all'uncinetto
o di una composizione floreale.
Uno non si stanca mai di riflettere su
come si potrebbe fare ancora meglio.
Il nostro obiettivo era di presentare
l'unicità, senza perdere di vista che
l'Alto Adige ha due facce. La mentalità
tedesca è sinonimo di linearità, pulizia
e precisione.
Quella italiana di leggerezza, romanticismo e bellezza. Pertanto, abbiamo dotato volutamente i nostri appartamenti
per metà in stile casa di campagna e per
metà in stile mediterraneo. Il nostro
giardino non si adorna soltanto di meli
o peri. Vi si trovano anche ulivi e oleandri. La nostra piscina, per esempio,
è stata costruita in linea retta, viene
riempita con acqua salata e nelle sere
d'estate le luci colorano l’acqua, creando una armoniosa atmosfera.
Viviamo in una bella terra di illimitate
opportunità per quanto riguarda le numerose attività sportive, e, soprattutto,
offre un’incredibilmente vasta rete di
varie possibilità di escursioni.
La nostra sala di ritrovo con terrazza panoramica non offre soltanto un ulteriore
spazio per il relax. Nel tempo libero ci
si può concedere attimi di pace ed esplorare la nostra ben fornita biblioteca. Oltre a libri di facile lettura o
impegnativi, troverete anche una vasta
gamma di libri per escursioni.
Così potrete rilassarsi e prepararvi per
la prossima escursione, sia di tipo più
leggero oppure anche più esigente.
Anche i piccoli “divoratori di libri”
hanno la loro parte, nell’armadio dei
tanti giochi li attende una vasta scelta
di libri.

Whether it's a touch of handmade Gobelin wallpaper, a hand stitched blanket, or a flower arrangement.
We just don't get tired, when trying
to make things better. It was our goal
to offer uniqueness, always keeping in
mind South Tyrols two distinct faces.
The German one, which stands for
straight lines, cleanliness and precision.
The Italian one for lightness, romantic
feeling and beauty.
That's why we have intentionally chosen a rustic, alpine style for one half of
the rooms and a Mediterranean style for
the other half. In our garden you'll find
more than just apple and pear trees.
Olive and oleander trees complete the
picture. Our swimming pool was built
using very straight lines and is filled
with salty water. In Summer a gorgeous
underwater light-game creates a unique
atmosphere.
We live in a gorgeous land of unlimited opportunities with lots of sport
activities and an incredible choice of
hiking trails and excursion paths.
Our social room with roof terrace offers
more than just additional space to hang
out. Here you can find inspiration or
just go through our well stocked library. Amongst a number of sophisticated
books and newspapers, there is also a
huge number of hiking guides.
Here you can prepare yourself properly
and plan your next tour, whether it's an
easy or a difficult one. Even little readers can find the right book in the big
games section.

Per poter iniziare una giornata di vacanza con tanto entusiasmo ed energia,

L’Alto Adige ha tuttavia ancora molto
da offrire. Vini di alta qualità, gustose
birre ed acqua più che buona proveniente da varie fonti; la nostra casa ne è
ben rifornita.

gradualmente nel mondo dei bellissimi sogni.

Die Wohnungspreise verstehen sich für 2 Personen am Tag bei Typ A,B,C,D und für 4 Personen bei Typ E. Für jede weitere
Person berechnen wir € 10,- am Tag, während des Zeitraumes 07.01. – 15.06. berechnen wir € 12,- am Tag. Kinder unter 6 Jahre sind frei. Pro Tier werden €
6,- am Tag berechnet. Für Frühstück auf Anfrage berechnen wir € 13,-/Tag pro Person. Wir bitten um Vormerkung. Die Endreinigung beträgt € 38,- für die

MeranCard 2015/2016
Bei einem Aufenthalt vom 23. November 2015 bis 15. Juni 2016 ist in
ausgewählten Beherbergungsbetrieben des Meraner Landes eine
MeranCard erhältlich. Die Karte ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen und eine
Woche lang gültig.
Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wir eine weitere Karte ausgehändigt.
Kinder von 6 bis 13 erhalten die MeranCard Junior. Kleinkinder bis 6
