Calming Tea is a herbal sedative. It is applied in state of nervous excitement and sleep
disorders.
dosage and type of application
Unless prescribed otherwise, drink 1 cup of tea infusion 2 to 3 times a day and before bed,
fresh prepared as follows: pour 1 tea bag or 1 tablespoon of Calming Tea with boiling
water (approximately 150 ml) and steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
Afterwards loose tea is strained through a sieve if necessary.

Hypersensitivity (allergy) to one of the active agents or the further component of Calming
Tea.

0.49 g valerian root, 0.33 g peppermint leaves, 0.26 g balm leaves, 0.2 g hop cones
The further component is:

100 g medicinal tea contain the active agents:
38 g valerian root, 25 g peppermint leaves, 20 g balm leaves, 15 g hop cones
