GREEN OILS
Durch die zunehmende Urbanisierung stehen immer mehr Metropolen auf der ganzen
Welt vor dem Verkehrs-Infarkt. Den Weltrekord hält zurzeit die brasilianische MegaCity Sao Paulo: im Juni 2009 wurde ein Rekordstau mit unglaublichen 293 km Länge
gemeldet!
Diese Entwicklung mutet dabei nicht nur dem Menschen extreme Belastungen
zu – auch Motoren und die verwendeten Schmierstoffe arbeiten im absoluten
Grenzbereich.
Auch modernste Motorenöle werden diesen Anforderungen oft nicht gerecht, daher
haben unsere erfahrenen Ingenieure eine neue Produktserie entwickelt, die genau
diese Probleme lösen: BIZOL GREEN OIL!
Due to increasing urbanisation more and more cities in the whole world are facing
traffic gridlocks.
The current world record is held by the metropolis of Sao Paulo – in June 2009, a
record traffic jam with an incredible length of 293 km has been reported!
These developments do not only put the human being under extreme stress - engines
and lubricants are also working at their absolute limits.
Die permanenten Stop & Go Phasen im Stadtverkehr sind eine enorme Herausforderung
für den Motor; die von den Automobilherstellern angegebenen allgemeinen
Ölwechselintervalle verlieren unter diesen extremen Bedingungen ihre Gültigkeit (Vgl.
Abbildung 1).
The constant stop and go phases in city traffic represent an enormous challenge for
the engine; as a result the oil change intervals indicated by car manufacturers are not
applicable anymore (see fig. 1).
Ein Problem stellt in diesem Zusammenhang die Ölverdünnung durch Kraftstoff oder
Wasser dar, die insbesondere bei anhaltendem Kaltbetrieb des Motors durch kondensierte Kraftstoffanteile und Wasserdampf verursacht wird (Vgl. Abbildung 2).
Dadurch ist die Schmierung belasteter Motorenteile wie z. B. Nockenwelle und Lager
nicht sichergestellt, da der Schmierfilm wegen der geringeren Viskosität unter der
hohen Belastung zusammenbricht und es durch Berührung der Metalloberflächen zu
starker Verschleißbildung kommt.
Zudem wird die Wirksamkeit konventioneller Additive beeinträchtigt, so dass z.B.
Rückstände in den Ölbohrungen der Kurbelwelle auftreten können, die zu Lagerschäden
führen.
Auch dem Neutralisationsvermögen eines Motorenöls kommt insbesondere im
Stadtverkehr eine entscheidende Bedeutung zu.
Durch alkalische Additive müssen saure Verbrennungs- und Alterungsprodukte im
Motorenöl neutralisiert werden, um damit Korrosion, Verschleiß und Rückstandsbildung
zu verhindern.
Wenn diese alkalische Reserve erschöpft ist bekommt der Motor bildlich gesprochen
„Sodbrennen“ und diese Übersäuerung des Motorenöls führt zu erhöhtem Verschleiß
(Vgl. Abbildung 3).
Es gab viele Versuche der Automobilindustrie diese Probleme mit dem Bordcomputer
verbundene Mini-Labs erkennbar zu machen, aber bisher haben diese Ansätze
zu keinem verlässlichen Ergebnis geführt. Insbesondere im Stadtverkehr wird der
Autofahrer mit den angesprochenen Problemen allein gelassen.
Die BIZOL Green Öl-Produktlinie wurde von deutschen Ingenieuren mit der Prämisse
entwickelt, endlich eine Lösung für die Problematiken des Stadtverkehrs zu finden.
Es wurde ein Produkt geschaffen, das genau diesen Anforderungen zu 100% gerecht
wird und zudem den Kraftstoffverbrauch messbar reduzieren lassen kann.

Even the most advanced engine oils do not often meet the tough requirements of heavy
city traffic; therefore our experienced engineers have developed a new product line that
solves exactly these problems: BIZOL GREEN OIL!
A further problem lays in oil dilution caused by fuel or water; it occurs when the engine
is subject to recurring cold starts; as a result condensed fuel particles and vapour
decrease the oil’s viscosity (see fig. 2).
The oil becomes thinner, and the protective layer of the oil may break leaving the metal
parts to rub against each other and eventually producing excessive wear.
In addition to that, the effectiveness of the additives is being reduced – as a consequence residues may remain in the oil drilling of the crankshaft which can lead to
bearing damage.
The neutralisation capacity of the engine oil is another crucial element in city traffic
conditions.
The function of alkaline additives lays in neutralising acid combustion and aging products encountered in the engine oil. In such way corrosion, wear and the formation of
residues is being prevented.
If the alkaline reserve in the engine oil is exhausted, the engine suffers from “heartburn” – figuratively speaking – and the hyperacidity of the engine oil leads to increased
wear (see fig. 3)
Car manufacturers have made attempts to draw attention to this problem by creating
mini-labs which are connected to a board computer, but so far this approach led to no
reliable results – the driver is still left alone to deal with the above problems.

Schmierwirkung ist es hervorragend für schwerbelastete Lager, ungünstige Betriebsbedingungen und zur Ausdehnung der Nachschmierfristen
geeignet. Besonders vorteilhaft, bedingt durch den außerordentlich
haftfesten Schmierfilm, ist sein Einsatz für Maschinen und Fahrzeuge
der Bauindustrie, einschließlich Zementwerke, Steinbrüche, Kieswerke
usw. sowie in der Landwirtschaft.
Bei Anwendung in normal belasteten Lagern können die Nachschmierfristen wesentlich verlängert werden. Zum Einsatz in automatischen
Schmiergeräten sehr gut geeignet.
