European PMR Communication
Indoor Coverage Forum
This session aims to provide an overview regarding the PMR and
professional communications developments in some relevant
European countries surrounding Germany: France, Sweden,
Holland, UK. The contributions will focus on status of PMR
deployment, mission- and business critical communication,
developments towards LTE and hybrid usage of complementary
technology; trends in (compulsory) indoor coverage. Also reference cases will be highlighted; such as a pilot in France with
PMR over LTE, a tender for public safety services over commercial operators’ networks like in UK, indoor developments like in
Holland. 4 speakers will debate with audience on developments.

International Public Safety Forum
Training forum – Potential trainees ask and
HR experts answer
International experts, users and operators will present and
discuss various technical concepts and objectives in the use of
digital radio for the emergency services and safety-critical communication. The panel of experts has now become a fixed
feature of the trade forums. Working practices and methods,
and current and future needs will be some of the topics covered
under the heading of practical communication.
