Stella d’Oriente has been developed over six
floors served by a lift, each floor having two
apartments completely separated by a landing.
All the accommodation is very light: the day
area has glassed double patio doors giving on
to a broad L-shaped terrace. A hall separates
the living room and its cooking facilities from
a night area, consisting of two bedrooms
and two bathrooms. The large terrace, which
can also be accessed from the night area is
designed to be used in fine weather as an
open-air extension to the apartment. The
exclusive sun lounges on the seventh floor,
reached from the terraces of the sixth-floor
apartments, offer extraordinary views over the
Marano Lagoon and the sea.

In the Stella d’Oriente apartments there is a
harmonious equilibrium between space and
functionality, inside and outside areas, and
living with all comforts and being on holiday.
This same harmony is to be found in the wellplanned finish: light paintwork and tiling (with
suspended sanitary facilities), white external
shutters, neutral coloured doors, parapets of
steel and glass. Stella d’Oriente was built and
insulated with high quality materials. Each
apartment is equipped with air-conditioning/
heat pump and solar panels for the production
of hot water. A heating system, and a burglar
alarm, have already been installed.
