Der halbautomatische Sieb- und Schablonendrucker HYCON 2000 wurde speziell für Applikationen auf runden Wafern entwickelt. Er ist auf die
Produktion von kleinen bis mittleren Fertigungsvolumen perfekt zugeschnitten. Damit ist das
System auch für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsapplikationen sowie Prototypen-Anwendungen
bestens geeignet.
The semi-automatic screen and stencil printers
HYCON 2000 has been designed specifically
for applications on round wafers. It is perfectly
tailored to the production of small to mediumsized manufacturing batches. This makes the
system ideally suited also for research and
development applications as well as prototype
applications.
Die maximal bedruckbare Wafergröße reicht bis
8 Zoll, optional 12 Zoll. Die Anlage ist in der
Standardausführung bereits mit einem Siebdruckrakelwerk und einem speziellen Waferdrucknest
ausgestattet. Unterschiedliche Waferstärken werden mit einer entsprechend dicken Adaptermaske
ausgeglichen. Somit wird das Rakelblatt während
des Druckvorgangs unterstützt und ein homogener Auftrag von Paste bis zum Rand des Wafers
gewährleistet.
The maximum printable wafer size ranges up
to 8 inches, optionally 12 inches. The system is
equipped as standard with a screen printing
squeegee unit and a special wafer print nest.
Different wafer thicknesses are compensated
with an adapter mask of corresponding thickness.
Thus, the squeegee blade is supported during the
printing process and a homogenous application
of paste is ensured up to the edges of the wafer.
Das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Vakuumpapier
in Reinraumqualität wird zwischen Wafer und
Drucknest platziert und schützt so die Waferkontaktfläche vor Beschädigungen (Kratzer). Mithilfe
der im Drucknest integrierten Aushebemechanik
können Wafer einfach und komfortabel nach dem
Aufbringen von Paste entnommen werden. Wafer
mit Ausrichtmarken lassen sich mit dem optional
erhältlichen Positionierungssystem (MOPS) im
Drucknest ideal positionieren.
Zur Aufnahme von Gussrahmen sind entsprechende Adapter optional erhältlich.
Die Anlagensoftware ist mit einer bedienerfreundlichen grafischen Oberfläche ausgestattet und ermöglicht die Speicherung aller druckrelevanten
Parameter unter einem produktspezifischen Programm. Bei erneutem Bedarf kann dieses wieder
geladen werden, um kurze Umrüstzeiten und eine
reproduzierbare Druckqualität zu erreichen.
The included vacuum paper in clean-room quality
is placed between the wafer and the print nest
placed, protecting the wafer contact surface from
damage (scratches). Using the lift mechanism built
into the print nest, wafers can be picked up easily
and conveniently after the application of paste.
Wafers with alignment marks can be positioned
ideally with the optional positioning system
(MOPS) in the print nest.
Optional adapters are available for supporting cast
iron frames.
The system software comes with a user-friendly
graphical interface and allows the storage of all
print-relevant parameters under a product-specific
program. Whenever needed again, it can be reloaded,
achieving short changeover times and reproducible
print quality.
