PUR SKIN ist eine hochwertige Materialkombination für die Luftschallabsorption. Das
Basismaterial ist ein offenzelliger PUR-Schaumstoff, der einseitig mit einer hochelastischen,
mikroporösen PUR-Folie beschichtet ist. Diese
strapazierfähige Oberfläche ist schmutz- und
spritzwasserabweisend und schützt weitgehend vor mechanischer Beschädigung.
PUR SKIN is a high-quality material combination for air noise absorption. The basic
material is open-cell PUR flexible foam which
is coated with a highly elastic, micropore PUR
film on one side. This wear resistant surface
is dirt-proof and splash-proof and offers a
wide degree of protection from mechanical
damage to the foam.

Schwerfolie / Bituminous Foil BF/2,0 SK
Die Schwerfolie BF/2,0 SK wird zur Körperschallbedämpfung (= Entdröhnung) eingesetzt. BF/2,0 SK wird vorzugsweise auf Bleche
aufgeklebt, um die Körperschalldämpfung und
die Luftschalldämmung zu erhöhen.
The bituminous foil BF/2.0 SK is used for
vibration dampening. BF/2.0 SK is mainly
stuck onto sheet metal in order to increase
vibration dampening and noise insulation.

BF/2,0 SK ist eine selbstklebende, elastomermodifizierte Bitumenschwerfolie zur
Dämmung und Dämpfung von Blechen und
Metallteilen. Ihre Zusammensetzung verleiht
ihr hervorragende Dämpfungseigenschaften,
auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen. BF/2,0 SK
lässt sich sauber und einfach montieren, ist
bei Raumtemperatur weichelastisch, nicht
druckempfindlich, sauber und nicht schmierend. Bei vertikaler und Überkopf-Montage
empfehlen wir eine zusätzliche mechanische
Absicherung.
BF/2.0 SK is a peel-off self-adhesive elastomermodified bituminous foil for dampening and
insulating sheet metal and metal parts. Due
to its composition it has excellent dampening
qualities, even at low temperatures. BF/2.0 SK
is clean and straightforward to assemble, at
room temperature elastic and not sensitive to
pressure, clean and non-greasy. We recommend additional support for vertical and
over-head assembly.

BASO PLAN is particularly suitable for cases
in which fire retardancy combined with good
sound absorption is of importance. Due to
its very low density combined with a high
degree of sturdiness BASO PLAN can also be
used as a self-supporting sound absorption
element.
BASO PLAN eignet sich besonders für Anwendungsfälle, bei denen auf Brandschutz in
Kombination mit guter Schallabsorption Wert
gelegt wird. Durch sein sehr niedriges Raumgewicht in Verbindung mit hoher Eigenstabilität kann BASO PLAN auch als selbsttragendes
Schallschluck-Element eingesetzt werden.

in Kombination mit guter Schallabsorption
Wert gelegt wird. BASO BAFFEL wird unterhalb der Decke mittels Haken befestigt.
Dadurch wird eine hohe Schallabsorptionswirkung und somit eine Schallpegelminderung im diffusen Feld erreicht. Die Lichtverhältnisse werden kaum beeinträchtigt.

Durch sein sehr niedriges Gewicht in Verbindung mit hoher Eigenstabilität kann BBA PLUS
sowohl direkt auf den Untergrund verklebt
werden, als auch auf Holzplatten geklebt und
somit als auswechselbares Element montiert
werden.

with a high degree of sturdiness BBA PLUS
can be stuck directly onto a base as well as

Dieser Kleber eignet sich zum dauerhaften
Verbinden unterschiedlicher Werkstoffe.
Sowohl Baso- als auch PUR-Materialien lassen
sich sehr gut auf gängigen Baustoff- untergründen wie Beton, Putz oder Gipskartonplatten verkleben. Ein besonderer Voranstrich ist
i. d. R. nicht erforderlich.
Inhalt: 310 ml / Kartusche; ausreichend für
2 – 3 m2 je nach Untergrund.
SONATECH Acoustic Adhesive (1)
This glue is suitable for permanently bonding various materials. Baso as well as PUR
materials can be adhered to commonly used
undersurfaces such as concrete, plaster or
plasterboard. A special undercoat is normally
not necessary.

foam. The seam stays soft and flexible. It
adheres immediately and is very economical.
The adhesive is applied precisely in strips
without any spraying mist. The spraying
width can be adjusted.
