Ein vorzeitiger Standaufbau muss schriftlich beantragt werden
und ist gebührenpflichtig (1,30 EURO pro m2 und Tag)
Es besteht kein Anspruch auf vorzeitigen Standaufbau.
Am letzten Messetag erfolgt die Freigabe des Messegeländes zur
Einfahrt der Transportfahrzeuge (incl.PKW) ab 17.00 Uhr.
Stand dismantling:
September 10, 2007 from 5 p.m. – 12 p.m.
September 11 – September 12, 2007 from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Exhibitors will be informed in good time of any alterations to the
erection and dismantling times.
An early stand erection has to be applied for in writing and is
subject to a charge (1.30 Euro per sqm and day).
There is no right to an early stand erection.
Vehicles (including cars) may not enter the Fair Ground for
dismantling until 5 p.m. on the last day of the event.
5. MIETPREISE
Die Preise für Messemieten und Entgelte sind der gültigen Preisliste zu entnehmen.
Der Mietpreis beinhaltet die Überlassung der unbebauten Standfläche während Aufbau, Durchführung und Abbau.
6. ANMELDUNG

The prices for exhibiting at the trade fair and the relevant fees
are to be taken from the current price list.
The hire charge includes the assignment of the empty floor
space during the period of construction, use and dismantling.

7. PRÄSENZPFLICHT
Die Leipziger Messe ist berechtigt, über den Stand anderweitig
zu verfügen, wenn am Tag vor der Eröffnung nicht bis
12.00 Uhr mit dem Aufbau begonnen wurde.
8. RÜCKTRITT UND NICHTTEILNAHME
7. OBLIGATION TO ATTEND
The company Leipziger Messe is entitled to make other use of
the stand area if construction of the stand has not begun by
midday on the day before opening.
8. WITHDRAWAL AND NON-PARTICIPATION
Bis zur Zulassung ist der Rücktritt von der Anmeldung möglich.
Es ist eine Annullierungsgebühr von 300,00 7 zu zahlen.
Applicants may withdraw until they are registered, and in these
cases will have to pay a cancellation fee 300.00 7.
9. MEHRGESCHOSSIGE BAUWEISE
Für eine mehrgeschossige Bauweise bedarf es der vorherigen
schriftlichen Zustimmung der Leipziger Messe. Diese
Zustimmung kann von der Leipziger Messe erteilt werden, wenn
sich der Aussteller verpflichtet, die technischen Richtlinien und
Auflagen der Leipziger Messe vorbehaltlos zu erfüllen. Darüber
hinaus wird ein Preis von 50,00 7 pro m2 zuzügl. USt.für eine
zweite Geschossebene berechnet.

9. MULTI-STOREY CONSTRUCTION
Before a multi-storey structure may be erected, written approval
must be granted by the Leipzig Trade Fair. The Leipzig Trade Fair
can issue such approval als long as the exhibitor agrees without
reservation to the technical guidelines and conditions spelled out
by the Leipzig Trade Fair. Furthermore, there is a charge of
50.00 7 plus VAT per square meter for a second level.
10. EXHIBITION CATALOGUE,
ELECTRONIC VISITORS INFORMATION SYSTEM
SUPERFINDING AND INTERNET
Für die Herausgabe des Messekataloges ist der Verlag für Messepublikationen Thomas Neureuter GmbH, München, Büro Leipzig,
Messe-Allee 1, 04356 Leipzig, zuständig.
The publishing company for trade fair publications Thomas
Neureuter GmbH of Munich is responsible for publication of
the trade fair catalogue. Their Leipzig office is at Messe-Allee 1,
04356 Leipzig, GERMANY.
Für Aussteller und Mitaussteller ist der Eintrag im Messekatalog,
im elektronischen Besucherinformationssystem und im Internet
Pflicht. Für diesen Service werden 130,– 7 zuzügl. USt. in
Rechnung gestellt.
The entry in the exhibition catalogue, the electronic visitors
information system and the Internet is mandatory for exhibitors
and co-exhibitors. For this service, 130 7 plus VAT will be
charged.
Der Pflichteintrag beinhaltet:

11. VORFÜHRUNGEN – NACHRICHTENTECHNIK
11. PRESENTATION – COMMUNICATION
Exponatepräsentationen und andere Vorführungen mit ShowCharakter sind ausschließlich auf der eigenen Standfläche
gestattet und dürfen insbesondere hinsichtlich der Lautstärke
die Messetätigkeit auf den umliegenden Ständen nicht beeinträchtigen.
Presentations of exhibits and other presentations (such as shows)
are allowed within the rented stands/stand areas only and may
not cause any inconvenience (particulary noise) to nearby stands.
