Unmittelbar nach Messeschluss wird mit
der Außerbetriebnahme und Demontage
der Installation begonnen.
Das Abklemmen bzw. Trennen der Standversorgung vom messeeigenen Versorgungsnetz darf aus Sicherheitsgründen
nur durch den zuständigen Halleninstallateur bzw. -elektriker der Deutschen Messe
AG erfolgen.
Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen, ist eine rechtzeitige Terminvereinbarung erforderlich.

soon as the trade fair has ended.
For safety reasons, only authorized
Deutsche Messe AG staff is permitted to
disconnect utility services to stands.
You can avoid delays in having these utilities disconnected by making an appointment well in advance.
Es wird dringend davor gewarnt, das
Freischalten bzw. Absperren eigenmächtig vorzunehmen. Für Unfälle und
Schäden haftet dann der Aussteller.
Exhibitors are emphatically warned not
to disconnect or shut off supply lines
themselves. The exhibitor is liable for
any accidents or damage resulting from
such action.
Abendveranstaltungen
Evening events
Während der CeBIT 2005 sind Standfeiern (z. B. Happy Hour, Kundenempfänge)
oder ähnliche Veranstaltungen auf den
Ständen der Aussteller nach 18.00 Uhr
grundsätzlich möglich. Die Durchführung
dieser Veranstaltungen ist an gewisse
Auflagen geknüpft. Anträge auf Durchführung derartiger Veranstaltungen sind unter
Benutzung des Formulars 5.41 aus dem
Serviceangebot an die Deutsche Messe
AG zu richten. Mitaussteller werden gebeten, derartige Veranstaltungen über den
Hauptaussteller anzumelden.
Throughout the duration of the show, exhibitors are permitted to hold evening stand
parties (after 6.00 p.m.) such as “happy
hours”, customer receptions and the like.
However, if you wish to hold such an event
you must first obtain written approval from
Deutsche Messe AG. Please use form
5.41 from your “Services” manual to apply
for this. Co-exhibitors should register via
their main exhibitor.
Abfallentsorgung
Waste disposal
Sie sind für die Reinigung Ihres Messestandes sowie die Entsorgung des dort
anfallenden Abfalls verantwortlich. Die
Entsorgung Ihres Abfalls können Sie mit
dem Formular 5.70 in Ihrem Serviceangebot bestellen.
As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to
arrange for cleaning and waste disposal
at your stand. If you do not intend to have
your own staff handle this work, you will
need to engage the services of one of the
cleaning firms authorized by Deutsche
Messe AG by submitting order form 5.70
from your “Services” manual. This ensures
that all the recyclable and non-recyclable
waste generated at your stand is properly
separated and/or disposed of.
Mit der fachgerechten Entsorgung von wiederverwertbaren Stoffen (Wertstoffe) und

No water pollutants or toxic substances of
any kind may be emptied into the sewage
or drainage system. This includes substances such as oils, paints and emulsions, small amounts of which may be
deposited in special receptacles on the
Exhibition Grounds. For larger amounts,

Removal of goods after the show
Der Einlass der Transportfahrzeuge erfolgt
am letzten Messetag ab 21.00 Uhr.
Sämtliche Abbaufahrzeuge werden von
der Verkehrspolizei auf einen Sammelparkplatz geleitet, wo sie gemäß den
Anweisungen der Verkehrsordner kostenpflichtig abgestellt werden können. Bitte
folgen Sie der LKW-Beschilderung auf den
Anfahrtsstraßen.
Wegen der Bereitstellung von Staplern und
anderen Transportgeräten sowie erforderlichen Transportarbeiten setzen Sie sich
bitte rechtzeitig vor Abbaubeginn mit der
für Sie zuständigen Messespedition in Verbindung.
Mit dem Abbau darf erst nach Veranstaltungsende begonnen werden.
Stand dismantling prior to the end of the
show is not permitted. Transport vehicles
will be granted entry to the Exhibition
Grounds as of 9:00 p.m. on the final day
of the show.
Removal vehicles will be directed by traffic
wardens to a specified marshaling area for
interim parking, subject to a charge. Signs
marked “LKW” (German abbreviation for
“trucks”) are posted along all approach
routes, showing drivers where to go.
Please contact your own haulage contractor well in advance of the dismantling
date to arrange for the removal work and
the supply of fork lifts and other transport
equipment.

aufgrund der bestätigten Standfläche ergebenden Ausstellerausweise automatisch
zugesandt. Wir bitten daher zu prüfen,
ob die Regulierung der Ihnen zugegangenen Rechnungen erfolgt ist. Der Zutritt
zum Messegelände ist während der Veranstaltung nur mit dem Ausstellerausweis
gestattet.

nicht vor 9.00 Uhr durch die Besucher

haben in diesem Zeitraum jedoch weiterhin ungehindert Einfahrt in das Messegelände und alle geöffneten Tore.

8–9 (stand construction) and on March 17
(dismantling).
However, trucks with a total permissible
weight of 3.5 tons and upwards will continue to have unrestricted access via all

Drink dispenser systems
Getränkeschankanlagen sind abnahmepflichtig, wenn sie am Aufstellungsort aus
mehreren Einzelteilen (wie Getränkekühler, Druckgasflaschen mit Druckminderer und Schläuchen) zusammengebaut
werden. Für den Betrieb solcher Schankanlagen ist die Betriebssicherheits- sowie
die Schankanlagenverordnung mit den
Technischen Regeln TRSK 60, 400, 500
und 501 zu beachten.
Die Bescheinigung einer befähigten
Person über die ordnungsgemäße Installation ist dem Ordnungsamt Hannover auf
Anfrage vorzulegen.
Befähigtes Personal für die Abnahme von
Schankanlagen steht in folgender Firma
zu Verfügung:

gedruckter Form zur Verfügung. Die Ausgabe erfolgt in der Halleninspektion gegen
Vorlage des Ausstellerausweises ab zwei
Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn. Abholung
spätestens am vorletzten Messetag, ein
Vorabversand ist aus organisatorischen
Gründen nicht möglich.
Exhibitors are entitled to a free copy of
the exhibition catalogue upon presentation of their exhibitor pass. You can pick
up your catalogue at the hall supervisor’s
office starting two days before the show.
The final day for catalogue pick-up is the
next-to-last day of the show. For organizational reasons, it is not possible to ship
catalogues in advance.

Kraftfahrzeugverkehr
Motor vehicle traffic
Aufgrund behördlicher Anordnung darf das
Messegelände mit Kraftfahrzeugen vom
10. – 16. 03. 2005 nur mit Sonderausweis der Abt. 332 (Verwaltung) befahren
werden. Kraftfahrzeuge, die ohne eine
gültige Einfahrtgenehmigung auf dem
Gelände fahren oder parken, werden kostenpflichtig abgeschleppt.
Das Messegelände und die Parkplätze
sind privates Betriebsgelände. Die Straßen
und Wege sind daher keine öffentlichen
Verkehrsflächen. Das Befahren geschieht
auf eigene Gefahr.
Es gelten die Regeln der Straßenverkehrsordnung (StVO). Die Vorfahrtsregelung ist rechts vor links, bevorrechtigte
Straßen gibt es nicht. Die ausgeschilderte
Geschwindigkeit von 20 km/h ist unbedingt
einzuhalten.
(Siehe hierzu Punkt 4. der Hausordnung
der Deutschen Messe AG für das Messegelände).
Only motor vehicles with a special pass
issued by Deutsche Messe AG (Dept. 332)
are allowed on the Exhibition Grounds from
March 10 through 16. Vehicles driven or
parked on the Grounds without an official
entry permit will be towed away at the owner’s/driver’s expense.

The Exhibition Grounds and car parks are
private property. Thus the roads are not
public thoroughfares. Drivers use them at
their own risk.
The regulations of the German Traffic Act
(StVO – “Straßenverkehrsordnung”) apply.
Drivers must give way to the right; there
are no priority roads. The speed limit of
20 kilometers per hour must be strictly
observed.

Parking for caravans (RVs)
and mobile homes
Wohnwagen/Wohnmobile dürfen auf den
nur für Pkw zugelassenen Parkplätzen
nicht abgestellt werden. Hierfür ist ein
besonderer Parkplatz an der Kronsbergstraße ausgewiesen. Bestellungen über
die Parkplatzverwaltung, die den Wohnwagenplatz 8 Tage vor bis 2 Tage nach
der Veranstaltung bewirtschaftet. Elektround Wasseranschlüsse, Sanitärcontainer
sowie eine Snackbar sind vorhanden.

Clearance of halls
after the event
Die Räumung der Mietstände bzw. der
Abbau der firmeneigenen Stände darf
erst nach der offiziellen Beendigung der
Veranstaltung um 18.00 Uhr erfolgen. Ein
vorzeitiger Abbau der Stände, auch nur in
Teilen, ist nicht zulässig. Der Abbau der
Stände und die Wiederherstellung der
Ausstellungsflächen muss unbedingt bis
zum Termin „Abbauende“ beendet sein.
Rented stands may not be vacated and
stands owned by exhibitors may not be
dismantled before the official conclusion
of the event at 6:00 p.m. Even the partial
dismantling of stands before the end of
the event is not allowed. Stand dismantling
and the clearing of display areas must be
completed by the dismantling deadline at

Zur CeBIT gilt ein generelles Werbeverbot
außerhalb der eigenen Standfläche. Nicht
gestattet ist daher jede Art von Werbung,
wie z. B. das Verteilen von Werbeschriften, Aushängen von Plakaten, Aufstellen
von Werbeaufbauten usw. außerhalb der
eigenen Ausstellungsstände.
Dies gilt ebenso für Personen, die sich mit

A number of regulary scheduled and special trains serve the “Hannover Messe/
Laatzen” railway station at the western
perimeter of the Exhibition Grounds. From
there, a skywalk whisks you comfortably
to the entrance gate West 1. Or you can
travel to Hannover’s central railway station
(“Hauptbahnhof”, for timetables and prices
visit www.bahn.de) and then transfer to
tram lines 8, 18 or E (express), which provide frequent service to the north entrance
(“Messe/Nord” terminal), with a transit time
of about 18 minutes.
