1 Besondere Hinweise
1.1.Die Belieferung erfolgt nur in der Zeit von 08:00 Uhr bis 16:30
Uhr. Wir bitten Sie Ihre Bestellung für den folgenden Messetag
bis spätestens 14:00 Uhr abzugeben, um Ihnen eine pünktliche
Anlieferung gewährleisten zu können.
1.2.Wird die Lieferung aus Gründen, die KHC nicht zu verantworten
hat, nicht angenommen und wird eine zweite Anlieferung derselben
Ware vorgenommen, berechnen wir 25,00 € extra.
1.3.Als Anlieferungspauschale werden pro Lieferung 5,00 € berechnet.
1.4.
Preise- und Artikeländerungen bleiben vorbehalten. Alle Preise
verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen MwSt, die in der
Rechnung gesondert ausgewiesen wird. Wir berechnen bei
Lieferung kein Flaschen- oder Kistenpfand, das Leergut erhalten
wir entsprechend zurück.
1.5.
Das gesamte Warensortiment wird nur zu den angegebenen
Bestelleinheiten ausgeliefert und bleibt bis zur vollständigen
Bezahlung Eigentum der KHC Westfalenhallen GmbH. Die bestellte
Ware wird generell voll abgerechnet. Anbrüche können nicht
zurückgenommen werden.
1.6.
Bei Anlieferung oder Abholung quittiert der Auftraggeber,
oder eine von ihm autorisierte Person, die Vollständigkeit und
Ordnungsgemäßheit der Lieferung. Sollte keine autorisierte Person
anwesend sein, ist die KHC Westfalenhallen GmbH berechtigt, die
Vollständigkeit und Ordnungsgemäßheit nach billigem Ermessen
selbst festzustellen. Diese Feststellung ist verbindlich, es sei denn,
sie ist offensichtlich unrichtig. Fehlmengen und Beschädigungen
werden dem Auftraggeber zum Wiederbeschaffungswert oder
Reparaturwert in Rechnung gestellt.
1.7.
Der Kunde trägt dafür Sorge, dass das Mietequipment nach
Messeende sortiert bereitgestellt wird. Ist dies nicht der Fall, stellen
wir den benötigten anteiligen Personalaufwand in Rechnung.
1.8.Rücktritt/Stornierung
- bis 7 Tage vor Liefertermin kostenfrei
- bis 3 Tage vor Liefertermin 50 % des Auftragswertes
- bis 1 Tag vor Liefertermin 75 % des Auftragswertes
- am Liefertermin 100 % des Auftragwertes
2.Beanstandung
2.1.Bei Anlieferung hat der Auftraggeber die Ware zu überprüfen und
im Falle von Reklamationen, Fehlmengen und nicht bestellter Artikel
den beauftragten KHC Mitarbeiter unverzüglich am Übergabeort
darüber zu informieren.
2.2.Spätere Reklamationen können wegen fehlender Nachprüfungs­
möglichkeit nicht akzeptiert werden.
3. Zahlung
3.1.Rechnungen sind bei Anlieferung oder Abholung sofort in bar,
per Kreditkarte (akzeptiert werden VISA, Amex, MasterCard) oder
per EC-Cash zahlbar. Sollte die Ausstellung einer Rechnung unter
einen Bruttobetrag von 250,00 € verlangt werden, berechnen wir
unsere hiermit verbundenen zusätzlichen Leistungen mit 25,00 €
pro Rechnung.
3.2.Bitte teilen Sie uns vor Messebeginn die korrekte Rechnungs­
anschrift mit. Sollten Sie nachträglich die Ausstellung einer
Rechnung an einen anderen Rechnungsempfänger als in der
Bestellung angegeben wünschen, sind wir berechtigt, unseren
hiermit verbundenen Aufwand mit 50,00 € zu berechnen.
3.3.Wir sind berechtigt, die Ausgleichung des Rechnungsbetrages,
unabhängig von der Höhe, bis spätestens zum letzten Messetag zu
verlangen.

for reasons for which KHC is not responsible and a second delivery
of the same goods has to be made.
1.3.We charge a flat-rate delivery charge of EUR 5.00 per delivery.
1.4.Prices and items are subject to change without notice. All prices
include the statutory VAT which will be shown separately on the
invoice. We do not charge a deposit on bottles or crates when
delivering but the empties must be returned to us.
1.5.The entire range of goods will only be delivered in the stated order
units and remain the property of KHC Westfalenhallen GmbH until
full payment. The ordered goods will always be accounted for in
full units; opened or partly used units will not be taken back.
1.6.The customer or a person authorised by the customer will confirm
the completeness and correctness of the consignment upon
delivery or collection. If the customer or an authorised person is
not present, KHC Westfalenhallen GmbH is entitled to confirm the
completeness and correctness itself at its reasonable discretion.
This confirmation shall be binding unless it is obviously incorrect.
The customer will be charged for shortage quantities and damage
at the replacement or repair value.
1.7.The customer must ensure that the rental equipment is made
available sorted at the end of the exhibition. We will charge the
required pro-rata labour cost if that is not the case.
1.8.Rescission/cancellation
- up to 7 days before the delivery date: free of charge
- up to 3 days before the delivery date: 50% of the order value
- up to 1 day before the delivery date: 75% of the order value
- on the delivery date: 100% of the order value
2. Complaints
2.1.The customer must check the goods upon delivery and, in the
case of quality complaints, shortages and not ordered items, must
immediately inform the employed KHC employee about such at
the place of hand-over.
2.2.
Subsequent complaints cannot be accepted because of the
impossibility of verification.
3. Payment
3.1.Invoices are due for payment in cash, by credit card (accepted
are VISA, Amex, MasterCard) or by EC Cash immediately upon
delivery or collection. If the issue of an invoice for a gross amount
of less than € 250.00 is demanded, we will charge EUR 25.00 per
invoice because of the resulting extra work.
3.2.Please let us know the correct billing address before the start of
the exhibition. We are entitled to charge € 50.00 for our extra work
if you subsequently wish the invoice to be made out to an invoice
recipient different from that shown in the order.
3.3.We are entitled to demand the payment of the invoice amount,
regardless of the amount, by no later than the last exhibition day.
