SPEAKER
Denise Jagroo, DPT, is a Physical Therapist at the Manhattan Veterans Hospital
in New York City. In this role, she evaluates and treats patients in both the outpatient and inpatient settings. Additionally, Denise has established a Pelvic Clinic at the
Manhattan VA for female and male veterans suffering from pelvic dysfunctions.
Denise earned her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from New York University. She
received her certification in Manual therapy from the University of St. Augustine as well
as her Pelvic Physical Therapy Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association’s Women’ s Health Section. Denise is a passionate educator and has presented at
Women Veterans Health Conferences to promote pelvic health and services available to
men and women who suffer from pelvic dysfunctions.
