$40.00 per day
Hours of operation:
7:00 am – 6:00 pm
PERMANENT BOOKINGS must be made in advance.
 Casual bookings are only accepted if spaces are available.
 ALL BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
 All fees must be paid in full prior to your child/children attending Vacation Care.
 Safety gear to accompany scooters /rip sticks (parents’ responsibility)
 Swimming will not be available.
 I Pods are the responsibility of the child
 I Pads are not permitted
 Phones are not permitted
EXCURSIONS: Must be paid at time of booking – they are non-refundable
 Are at additional cost to parents.
 All staff attend excursions.
 Trinity sports shirt to be worn for all excursions
(sports jacket required as extra in cooler weather)
PLEASE REMEMBER EACH DAY TO WEAR AND BRING:
 Appropriate footwear (thongs for swimming area only)
 Brimmed hat (no caps)
 Big water bottle
 Prepared lunch. (NO FOOD THAT REQUIRES HEATING). Extra lunch and snacks are
recommended. If no lunch supplied parents will be contacted for permission to
give child lunch and a $5.00 fee will be charged for morning tea and snacks.
LOST PROPERTY:
OSHC does not take responsibility for property that children lose while attending Vacation
Care. We encourage parents to name all items. OSHC staff recommend that students
leave valuable items at home.
Please indicate your required days on the attached form and return to OSHC Coordinator
with payment by Monday 25 March 2013.
