Vacation Care bookings will only be accepted for permanent OSHC
clients when fees have been paid up to and including the last day of
the previous term.
Vacation Care and OSHC clients who have no bookings for the last 2
weeks of term are required to pay per child in advance a maximum of
five booked days of care.
ALL EXCURSION COST ARE TO BE PAID UP FRONT AND ARE NON
REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF CANCELLATION.
Accounts to be brought to a nil balance weekly.
Cancellations of your Vacation Care booking will incur a charge
regardless of absence of care.

Lizards and snakes are reptiles.
Lizard and snake species make up the largest
number of different reptiles.
Tuataras found in New Zealand are reptiles.

Vacation Care accounts will be billed weekly in arrears. Once a booking is made with our
Vacation Care service, any absences will incur charges accordingly.
Excursions will be charged regardless of any absence from care.
