SurfCity Fretted Instrument Warranty provided herein is for a period of one (1)
year from the date of the original retail purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
This Warranty is given by SurfCity Music 15641 Product Ln. A12, Huntington
Beach, Ca., 92649 only to the original purchaser of this Instrument (referred to
SurfCity in warranty). SurfCity will repair or replace any part or parts of the
Instrument which may prove defective under normal use and service during the
one(1) year Warranty Time Period stated above (which SurfCity’s examination
shall disclose to its satisfaction to be thus defective. This Warranty does not apply
unless you provide proof of purchase as original owner.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This Warranty does not cover: (a) any non-factory-installed electrical/electronic
components or tuning hardware; (b) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse,
abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature or humidity or abnormal
strain; (c) accidental or intentional damage; (d) damage in shipping; (e) the repair
or replacement of expendable maintenance items including, but not limited to,
strings, tuning machines, or scratched pickguards; (f) normal fret wear; (g) plating
on metal parts; (h) cracking or other damage to the finish; (i) any damage from
accessories (synthetic straps, etc.); (j) an Instrument whose serial number has
been defaced; (k) tonal characteristics (tone is a subjective matter and is not
warranted).
To Obtain Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, the Instrument must be returned to SurfCity at its
address listed above. A return authorization must be obtained from our Customer
Service Department or item will be refused. When returning the Instrument for
service under this Warranty, a copy of the sales receipt establishing proof and
time of purchase must be sent along with the instrument. All freight and insurance
must be prepaid by the original owner.
Your Responsibility:
You must maintain this instrument, without alteration, negligent use, misuse or
abuse. All service of this Instrument must be performed by SurfCity unless
otherwise authorized. Any service performed on this instrument by other than
SurfCity, or not specifically authorized by SurfCity, will terminate this Warranty.
Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers:
SurfCity’s sole and exclusive responsibility shall be as provided under this
Warranty and, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL HOSHINO BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL

and workmanship to the original owner, subject to the following terms and

Warranty Time Period
:
The Warranty provided herein is for one year, measured from the date of the
original retail purchase.
Warranty Coverage
:
This Warranty is given by HB Drums, a Division of Destiny Sales and Marketing,
308 16th St Ste #4, Huntington Beach, Ca., 92648- to the original purchaser of
HB or DB Drums and Hardware. HB Drums will repair or replace any part or
parts which may prove defective under normal use and service during the five
one year warranty period. HB Drums shall determine the validity of claim and
replace or repair at its discretion upon prepaid return by consumer and
examination.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
:
This Warranty does not cover: (a) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse,
abuse, normal wear and tear, or extremes of temperature or humidity; (b)
accidental or intentional damage; (c) damage in shipping; (d) the repair or
replacement of expendable maintenance items including but not limited to
heads, drumsticks, beaters, springs or straps; (e) any damage from accessories
(clamps, etc); This warranty is specific to HB and DB drum shells and
hardware products only.
To Obtain Warranty Services
:
To obtain warranty service the qualifying product(s) must be returned to HB
Drums at its address listed above. A return authorization, to be obtained from HB
Drums Customer Service Department, must be written in a conspicuous place on
the outside of the return shipping carton or the carton will be refused. When
returning products for service under this Warranty, a copy of the sales receipt
establishing proof and time of purchase must be sent along with the hardware.
All freight and insurance must be prepaid by the original owner. Ship all items in
a protective carton.
Your Responsibility
:
You must maintain the HB Drum products without alteration, negligent use,
misuse or abuse. All service must be performed by HB Drums or authorized
agent. If any service is not performed accordingly, Warranty shall be void.
Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers
:
HB Drums sole and exclusive responsibility shall be as provided under this
Warranty and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HB Drums BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL

I have a 50 guitar collection. As each new addition arrived, I
would seek out the personality of that piece of wood. Then after
awhile the new guitar was put into rotation with the others. But
this Rock-fusion broke all the rules... It's like the whole collection
in one..I think all guitar players at some point in time hit a ceiling
of stagnation until something comes along to break through. The
Rock-fusion was that for me. After the Gold Top has given all
that it can, I continue to find new expressions with the Rockfusion. The only other guitar that I play anymore is my 12 string
