From Our Family to Yours
My older brother, Saverio, and I originally founded Natart Furniture, SRL
in 1988 in Rome, Italy. We started out as true wood artisans, hand-sculpting
immense custom armoires and other adult furniture items for wealthy private
residences. In 1995 we moved our business to Princeville, Quebec Canada
in order to live the “dream” and serve a perceived North American niche.
In early 2001, we transitioned from adult to juvenile furniture, and Natart
Juvenile made its debut. Not only was producing children’s furniture a
design stimulus, it was more personally rewarding, especially since both my
brother and I had started families of our own. As fathers, we could better
appreciate the expectations of other parents buying juvenile products.
We proudly manufacture in our Princeville, Quebec facility, with the
exception of some imported cribs from Italy. We have recently debuted four
new collections that are 100% solid wood and have an upgraded drawer
glide that is the industry’s best. In addition, we have recently opened our
modern, eco-conscious division TULIP, and have forged partnerships
with high-end manufacturers such as Essentia (100% natural mattresses)
and Leander (crib, changer and high chair). Most importantly, in 2010 we
became Air Quality Certified (super-testing for VOCs and Phthalates) under
the GREENGUARD Children & SchoolsSM Certification Program for all our
cribs, beds and furniture. We were the 1st company in the juvenile furniture
industry to become certified for our entire product line. We honestly feel that
your children’s health and safety is as important as that of our own children.
Our goal and promise to you is to constantly evolve and improve, strive
to be our absolute best, and to offer you a quality product. We realize that
our brands are not for every consumer either due to design style or price,
however, we believe that it is better to sell fewer goods of superior quality,
than more of inferior quality. The greatest satisfaction comes from having
previous customers return years later in order to furnish the rooms for their
second or third child – this demonstrates your confidence in us. We sincerely
appreciate being given the opportunity to furnish your children’s rooms and
be a part of your lives.

GREENGUARD Children & SchoolsSM Certification Program
This program focuses on Indoor Air Quality and specifically applies to products used in environments where children spend significant
periods of time, such as homes or schools. Since children’s bodies are continuously developing, they are more sensitive than adults to
environmental exposures. Children breathe faster than adults causing them to receive higher doses of indoor air pollutants per body weight.
To achieve the Children & Schools certification, lower allowable emissions criteria must be met along with additional chemical criteria. The
program super-tests for Formaldehyde, Phthalates and VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which have been associated with endocrine
disorders, reproductive and developmental disorders, asthma and allergies. Poor indoor air quality is recognized by the US E.P.A., the
American Lung Association and the World Health Organization as “one of the greatest modern risks to human health.”
At Natart Juvenile we take the safety and well being of children very seriously. Besides our constant commitment to be eco-conscious and
produce a quality product, we have voluntarily gone the “extra mile” by becoming certified in 2010. We were the 1st company in the juvenile
industry to become certified for our entire product line. All beds, cribs and furniture under the Natart brand are certified.
Children spend at least 8-10 hours per day in their rooms.

A Peek Inside : The Anatomy of a Natart Juvenile Product
Quality In = Quality Out
What we put into our furniture and cribs, determines what you get out of them. At Natart Juvenile
we pay great attention to how our products are constructed and what materials are used. Below
you can find some of the quality components that comprise a Natart crib or furniture piece. Our
goal is to provide you with quality products that are safe for use in your home.
Healthy Air = Healthy Nursery
Greenguard Certified, Children & Schools SM Certification Program
All of our products, from cribs to furniture, are Greenguard Certified for extremely low VOCs
(Volatile Organic Compounds) and other harmful chemicals.

All cribs and furniture are made from
100% Solid Wood - birch, beech or oak.
Our high resistance finishes are applied in a
multi-step process to reduce scratchability.

Dovetailed Drawers
Stabilizer Bars
All drawer interiors are finished with
either a clear-coat varnish or paint in
order to reduce dust accumulation.
All drawers are joined by either
English Dovetail or French Dovetail
which prevents the drawer front from
separating from the drawer box.
All large drawers (26”+ inches) have
wood stabilizer bars which help support
the drawer bottoms and provide
overcharge support.
Drawer Glides
Full Dust Covers on Furniture Bottoms
We use commercial grade, adjustable locking drawer glides imported from Austria. These
glides are used in high-end kitchen cabinets and carry a lifetime warranty. The glides
endure a performance test cycle of 100,000 openings & closings with a 75 lb. weight placed
in the drawer.
All of our furniture pieces have a full
bottom dust cover which prevents dust
entry and reinforces their structure.
Anti-Tip Safety Devices
Back Panels – Recessed,
Encased & Screwed On
All of our back panels, from armoire to
nightstand are recessed and encased
like a picture frame and also screwed
on which reinforces the unit’s structure.
We go above and beyond by complying
to the voluntary safety standard ASTM
F-2057 and provide 2 leather wall anchor
safety straps with all furniture items over
30”. When properly installed, these
straps should prevent the tipping over of
furniture if children pull or climb on it.

Our Italian heritage provided the inspiration for the
Alexa Collection. The culmination of haute couture,
Renaissance influences and design expertise is
translated into a sexy tapered leg, bentwood curved
sides, a convex shaped front, and imported Italian
knobs that are hand-dipped in real silver.
Alexa, the sister collection to Allegra, epitomizes
elegance and luxury with her sexy curves and
slender tapered legs. The elegant Alexa Convertible
Crib has several conversion options and can be
enhanced by the addition of the optional upholstered
panel. The panel can either be purchased with the
crib or added to the double bed. Alexa is sassy,
sexy and elegant, all while being composed of 100%
solid wood. Alexa’s unique shiny metallic silver

The Allegra “5-in-1” Convertible Crib provides you
with several decorating options for your nursery
and eventual youth bedroom. You can choose
to enhance its luxurious presence by adding the
upholstered panel, which is available in two color
choices of a hand-washable material. The panel

when converting to the double bed. We also offer
the Chloe “4-in-1” Convertible and the Barcelona

Bella
Bella is an elegant unisex collection incorporating
flowing curves and one-piece corner posts with
tapered feet. It is constructed of 100% solid wood
and offers a timeless appeal. The collection is
offered in two finishes: sumptuous linen and rich
cocoa. The linen finish is accented by pearlescent
silver metal pulls, which are imported from Italy,
while the darker tone is balanced by solid wood
knobs.
