SOUTHWEST METRO CHAPTER, IAAP
SILENT AUCTION
November 17, 2011 Meeting
OUR CHAPTER NEEDS YOUR HELP!
To help celebrate the Holidays and support the SouthWest Metro Chapter, we are conducting our
sixth annual “Silent Auction” at our November 17 chapter meeting. The silent auction is not only an
outstanding fund raiser for our chapter, but it is an excellent opportunity to do some holiday shopping!!
We are requesting that each member donate one or more items to our silent auction. You may donate
as many items as you wish; the more items, the merrier. Be creative and remember that many
members will be doing their holiday shopping. A few suggestions for items could be: gift certificates,
theme baskets (fall, holiday, spa, chocolate romance, wine, movie night, etc.), jewelry, holiday items,
crafts, paintings, etc. etc. The more creative you are, the better. The auction begins during the
networking/social hour and will conclude at the end of the business meeting.
Please let us know by November 10 (using the form below) what items you will be donating. Please
bring the items with you to the November 17 chapter meeting and be sure to indicate the minimum bids
on all your items.
We are looking forward to a very successful and “fun” silent auction and are counting on everyone’s
participation. Come prepared to bid! Let’s make this our chapter’s best silent auction fund raiser! Our
most profitable silent auction raised $600, so let’s raise our stakes this year to an even higher goal.
We are counting on you and thank you for supporting your chapter!
