The Bunbury Community Legal Centre is

cream building on the comer of Wellington

The Bunbury Community Legal Centre (BCLC)
is a non-profit community based organisation
committed to delivering legal services by
providing advice, information and referrals to
low-income people in the South West region
of Western Australia.
The BCLC recognises the vital role of
community legal education to assist people to
understand legal issues. Therefore the Centre
conducts regular legal education workshops.
The Community Mediation Service (CMS)
under the umbrella of the BCLC is a
designated organisation for issuing Family
Dispute Resolution certificates for clients who
have attempted to resolve their disputes prior
to making an application to the Family Court
to have parenting matters heard.

HOURS
• Free preliminary legal advice to the
community on all areas of law.
• Ongoing minor assistance will be provided
to carer and liable parents with child
support and/or children’s issues at the
discretion of the advising solicitor.
• Ongoing minor assistance may also be
provided in other areas of law at the
discretion of the advising solicitor.
• The BCLC conducts weekly or bi-monthly
outreach services in Busselton, Margaret
River, Collie, Harvey, Narrogin, Manjimup
and Bridgetown.
• Mediation service to help people resolve
family, neighbourhood, workplace and
other disputes without recourse to
expensive court proceedings.
• Free community legal education
workshops including Family Court
Information Sessions.
