After successful introduction of the Urban Chic line of beverage
sachets and sticks, we will explore other beverage, and possibly
related, subcategories. We already plan a line extension to our
UrbanFit sports performance beverage powders. UrbanFit products

Larry Alibrandi is a world-class inventor with over 30 years food and beverage consumer products
experience. Larry has been an entrepreneur for the past 16 years and has invented and brought to
market over 35 highly specialized beverages that have been launched in selected markets throughout
the USA.
Larry operates from a high performance laboratory allowing him to customize innovative beverages
quickly and effectively. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Larry worked in a research and development
management capacity for global companies such as Unilever, Cadbury Schweppes and Borden
Foods. He commercialized many beverages throughout the world in the United Kingdom, the
Middle East, Africa, Spain, Italy, Canada and the USA.
Larry has a B.S. in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University.

Director Packaging and Design
Sondra Greenspan is a world-class branding and package design expert. Sondra has created
the branding and trade dress for all Urban Chic and Urban Fit products as well as supported the
marketing and advertising initiatives.
Prior to being an entrepreneur, she was a Senior Art Director of PepsiCo for 20 years. Sondra
created the brand packaging and support materials for many Pepsi brands including Pepsi,
Diet Pepsi, Lipton Iced Tea, Stolichnaya Vodka and Aquafina. She also designed the NASCAR logo.
Sondra heads up design, packaging, marketing, advertising, promotional materials.
Sondra has a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute.
E-Commerce/Marketing
Holly Tully has over 20 years of experience in the natural products industry. Her career has been
marked with numerous achievements. At Virgo Publishing’s natural products division, she created
the most influential and profitable online community within the industry. Ms. Tully also successfully
launched an eCommerce division for Wayne Gorsek, the founder of Vitacost.com. Recently, she led
the eCommerce of Bodybuilding.com. During her time as its eCommerce director, Bodybuilding.
com’s sales grew from $330 million to over $420 million.
Currently, Holly executive manages a global team that’s responsible for eCommerce revenue,
digital marketing, PR and media relations, growth initiatives, creative services, branding, and
content operations.

National Sales Manager
Michael DiOrio built the Snapple distribution system that included over 300 mass market
distributors. His career includes multiple other acheivements assembling DSD networks and
exceeding sales goals with various start up brands. He has deep multi-channel distribution
experience and is expert in grocery, drug, convenience, mass and club business channels.
Mike has a B.S. in Science Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Accountant/Controller
Michele Stefanelli is our CPA. She has over 29 years experience as cofounder of the South Florida
accounting firm Stefanelli and Batalla, C.P.A., P.A.
Michele has a Business Management Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Dr. Joe Dunne is a Senior Executive who consults with NCN Beverages on a as-needed basis.
Joe has extensive experience in the global food ingredient and flavor industry. Currently Joe is
Chairman of the Board, Food for Health, Ireland and Chairman/CEO of Westgate Biologicals, Ireland.
Joe is former President of Cultor Food Science, a $400 Million global ingredient company and former
President of Quest International, North American Division, a $180 Million food ingredient business.
