eChalk Tip:
Forward Your eChalk Email to Your Personal/Work Email Account
As you probably know, your family eChalk account includes an email address. Most
parents don’t want another yet email account to check and manage each day. Yet
teachers, administrators, and staff send out blast emails using parents’ eChalk
address. The solution? Tell eChalk to forward all incoming email messages to your
home and/or work account. Here’s how:
1.
2.
3.
4.
Log in to eChalk.
Click the My Email button.
Click the Options button underneath “My Email”
Open the Forward/Reply tab by click on + on the right
5. Click on Add – a new box will open.
6. Enter your personal e-mail address in the box and click Add.
7. Uncheck the box below so that forwarded email does not remain in mailbox and fill
it up. There is a 25 Meg mailbox storage size.
8. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
