Last year, all of our KIDS HELPED other KIDS be book heroes too! Seely Place donated 330 books to the
Carver Center doubling donations from the previous year. Thank you. We hope to hit at least 400 this year!
The Carver Center offers programs and resources designed to meet the educational, recreational,
cultural and civic needs of underprivileged youth. We hope to give even more to this worthy cause.
At the fair, choose your favorite book(s), fill out a personalized Book Cover and place it on the Seely Place

SHOW Your SUPPORT for tay-bandz / Kids Curing Cancer
by selling 5 tickets or more (at the price of $10 per ticket) to your family and friends!
On October 20th & 21st, 2010 tay-bandz / Kids Curing Cancer will be participating in
Bloomingdale’s “Love Where You Live” annual multi-charity event. This event will take
place in the White Plains store during extended hours from 10am – 10pm on both days.
The ticket holders will receive special savings off of their Bloomingdale’s purchases. These
special savings include 15% off almost every purchase (even sale-priced items), or 20% off
when they spend $300 or more on a Bloomingdale’s credit card. (Some exclusions apply;
please see ticket for details.) PLUS when the customer turns in a tay-bandz stamped “Love
Where You Live” ticket into Bloomingdale’s White Plains on October 20th and 21st,
tay-bandz will receive an additional $5.00 donation from Bloomingdale’s.
The generosity of the Bloomingdale’s White Plains store does not stop here… when more
than 100 tay-bandz supporters come in on those days to shop, Bloomingdale’s will make
additional LARGE donation to tay-bandz / Kids Curing Cancer.
We hope that this year with Your HELP we can once again achieve our goal by selling 450+
Bloomingdale’s tickets. All of YOU, our loyal tay-bandz Supporters, are also welcome to
pre-shop at the White Plains store from October 12th, 2010 through October 19th, 2010 by
presenting your tay-bandz stamped ticket to a Bloomingdale’s associate when you are checking out
and you will still receive the same discounts as if your were to shop on the actual days of the event
(October 20th & 21st) AND tay-bandz / Kids Curing Cancer will also receive $5.00 for each
ticket you bring into the store (ONE ticket per person only; the ticket stub will be removed by the
Bloomingdale’s associates and the remaining part of the ticket will be returned to the costumer for
future shopping during “Love Where You Live” event).
Please send in your request for the tickets to be mailed out to you at: [email protected]
or contact Beata directly at (914) 523-3742.
Please specify the number of tickets as well as your shipping address. Once you receive and
sell the tickets, please forward the funds to: tay-bandz, PO Box 1342, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
Thank You for Your Support Always!
Sue & Beata
