XG’s EventTent pop up gazebo range is made for professional event use
with high quality frames and branding options.
Available printed or plain in 4 standard sizes – 3 x 3m | 3 x 4.5m | 3 x 6m | 5.5m
Hexagonal (other sizes are available on request).
The XG Pop Up Gazebo EventTents can be supplied in plain colours, or we offer fully
printed canopies and sidewalls. We are experts in event branding and have a whole
range of options to suit budget and turnaround times. The EventTents have been
designed and engineered for maximum strength and durability while remaining relatively
lightweight and easy to transport and store.
A range of standard colours is available ex stock (see available colours). Custom branded options have a standard turnaround time
of 2 weeks, but we understand from our experience in the events industry that often a quicker turnaround is required and XG has a
range of options to ensure we can be as flexible as possible.

Direct to textile dye sub printing, high quality print, with full coverage on canopy, valance and sidewalls. This is the best way to brand
your tent. Delivery time for fully printed is approx 2 weeks* and is printed onto white stock tents. Please call us to discuss the most
suitable item for your requirements.
Option 2 – Overbranded
High quality, heat pressed logos onto stock coloured tents. This option allows for a quicker turnaround, approx 5 working days* and
allows for a variety of budgets. For example you can have plain stock colour with one side printed on one valance for a super priced

Care and Maintenance
For long lasting durability and the best possible protection for your EventTent, please follow these instructions:

With proper care, the XG EventTent Pop Up Gazebo will give you many years of use.
Use a mild soap (not detergent) and water for cleaning.
Let the EventTent top and frame dry out completely before closing and storing to avoid mildew.
The EventTent frame will operate and look better if wiped occasionally with silicone spray, especially before and after using in damp conditions. Make sure you remove any excess silicone before adding the canopy.
Use a seam sealer if the EventTent top leaks or drips water. Available at most sporting goods, hardware stores or on request.
Slightly tighten bolts if the frame becomes loose.

Not recommended for use in potentially windy or stormy conditions. This may cause personal injury or damaged to the EventTent if used in these conditions.
Please ensure EventTents are staked in the ground, soft ground kit is always used correctly and/or steel leg weights.
EventTents are designed as temporary shelters - do not leave up for prolonged periods.
Be careful when handling the EventTent folding frame. Avoid pinching hands or fingers as frame opens or closes.
Do not use EventTent in a lightning storm.
Do not leave your EventTent unattended.
Do not build fires within the EventTent.
Keep flame and heat sources away from the EventTent. The tent is made from flame retardant materials and conforms to BS:7837:1996 but the fabric may burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source.
