7 GRADUATION CEREMONY
Stefano Moshi Memorial University College, a constituent college of Tumaini University
Makumira wishes to invite graduates and the general public to the 7th Graduation ceremony
which will be held at Moshi Town- campus on Saturday 1st November 2014 from 9:00 am.
Graduates wishing to participate in the graduation are required to observe the following:
1. Confirm your participation by indicating your name, registration number and course
programme by sms to mobile No. +225 0762-887931, or email
[email protected] or physical visit to the DPAA’S office before 25th October
2014 at 5:00pm.
2. Pay a Non-refundable fee of Tshs 35,000/=being the cost of hiring graduation gown.
Payments should be made to the Stefano Moshi Memorial University College (CRDB
Bank A/C No. 01J1040 880 500)
3. Graduation gowns will be issued on Friday 31st October 2014 between 9:00-11:30a.m at
Moshi Town campus. Gowns should be returned by November 7th 2014 at 4pm. A daily
penalty of Tshs 20,000/= will be charged against late return of the Graduation gown.
4. All graduands must attend a compulsory rehearsal which will be held on Friday 31st
October, 2014 at 12:00am. at Moshi Town Campus. Those who will not participate in
the rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation ceremony.
5. The convocation meeting will be held at Moshi Town campus on Friday 31 st October
2014 from 2:00pm.The convocation meeting will consist of former graduates of the
University College and its predecessors Masoka Management Training Institute,
Academic Members of Staff and continuing students. All members of academic staff are
required to attend both the Convocation and the Graduation Ceremony.
6. All graduands are required to make own arrangements on travel, lodging and incidental
expenses.
