boutique lodge.
RESERVATIONIST: R5 000 - R6 000 COST TO COMPANY
A sales and marketing orientated reservationist that will be based in Bela Bela with a
tertiary qualification in hotel / tourism (not in general PA / computer literacy) and 3- 5years experience in using the Nightsbridge reservations system and the processing
of invoices and payments. Applicants must have excellent administration and
communication skills, must be honest and reliable, own a vehicle with valid drivers
licence with a non-smoker preferred.
CHEF: R9 500 - R12 500 COST TO COMPANY
A young energetic talented Chef with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a 4 or 5
star country house, lodge or similar, a formal chef qualification from recognized chef /
hotel school, a valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
