November 8 – 9, for gymnasts qualified to
the 2014 Level 5 State Championships.

Entry Fee:
$80 per gymnast ($95 if including payment for shirts coupon payment.)
One check per club, payable to Edge Gymnastics Foundation.
All entry forms and fees must be postmarked by October 27. A $25 late
fee per gymnast will be assessed if postmarked after 10/27. (Late fee
waived if gymnast qualifies November 1st or 2nd.)

Schedule:
Sessions run from oldest to youngest with 3 to 4 sessions each day.
Sessions to be determined upon receipt of entries.

Meet Photgrapher: Feriagrafix will be on site to capture the meet through photography.

Winner’s Wear will be on site with event t-shirts and apparel; Purchase a
coupon in advance and receive a $20 value for $15. See attached order
forms for clubs or individuals.
Admission Prices: Adults - $7, Children age 5 -12 - $5, Children age 4 and under – Free
