1. CIVIL / STRUCTURAL INSPECTORS
(Junior & Senior positions)
Candidate shall have a Degree/Diploma in Civil
Engineering and strong analytical skills,
problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Will need to review shop drawings & material
submittals. Should be conversant with on-site
construction best practices and familiar with relevant
codes, conducting site inspections and preparing
associated reports. Should have worked as
Supervision & Co-ordination Engineer for large
housing projects consisting of villas.
2. ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTORS
(Junior & Senior positions)
Candidate shall have a Degree/Diploma in
Architecture/Architectural Engineering, with strong
analytical skills, problem-solving capability,
decision-making ability, and experience in review of
shop drawings & material submittals. Should be able
to conduct site inspections, prepare reports, be
conversant with on-site construction best practices
and relevant codes. Should have worked as
Supervision & Co-ordination Architect on large
commercial projects such as high-rise hotel buildings
and residential villa compound projects.
For both the above positions, 5 – 8 years experience
for Junior positions and 12 – 15 years experience for
Senior positions in similar field, preferably in GCC, is
required, with excellent written and spoken English
language skills.
