Heartsaver CPR & AED Training!
The Coral Gables Fire Department will start offering CPR/AED classes at the Youth Center. Beginning on the
first Monday of each month at 9:00am. This class will cover adult, child and infant CPR including chocking
emergencies and the use of a defibrillator. This is an American Heart Association course.
Registration is required Res FREE Non-Res $30.
New calendar June/July available online and at the Youth Center Wed May 20. Resident registration on-line at

Dr. Signorile and Ph.D. students from the Kinesiology Department of the University of Miami will be
presenting “Bending the Aging Curve: Designing Programs to target your Personal
Needs.” Following the talk, Dr. Signorile will answer questions and offer opportunities to take part in 3
different research studies that involve exercises ranging from strength training to dance.

COMPUTER 2
Participant's will gain basic hands-on experience using the integrated programs of
Microsoft Office 2010. This course is designed to use the basic features of Word, Excel,
Access, and PowerPoint, and to integrate data between the applications.
Classes will begin on : Tuesday’s April 7-April 28 2015 (4 week session).

to partner with Baptist Health South Florida and
The Palace of Coral Gables to host quarterly
Wellness Worshops.
The next workshop will take place on
Tuesday, April 14th at 11am at The Palace of Coral Gables, located at
1 Andalusia Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida.
The topic is "Understanding Your Numbers". The discussion will be
followed by a buffet lunch. Doors open at 10:45am. Complimentary
valet parking on site.
