Develop Business Strategy with SWOT Analysis • November 11th, Tuesday at 1:00p.m. - 3:00p.m. • Presented by: Fariba Rakhsh, Associate professor of Isfahan University, PhD student in Information Management • Your business will get the goals if it has correct interaction with its internal and external environment. The recognition of internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats, takes place on the basis of a SWOT-analysis. Your own strategy must therefore clearly reflect your company’s identity. You need to take into account your company as it is today: What do you do particularly well? How do you create value in the markets you currently serve? Your strategy must then look ahead to your overall chosen direction. How do you expect to create value in the future? What changes do you need to make, overall as one enterprise, to get there? Through this workshop, participants will be familiar with SWOT tools to improve their business strategies and goals.
