UPDATE
CRTC 2013-309 – approved a multi-step corporate reorganization to occur prior and post the acquisition of Astral by BCE
Inc. as approved in CRTC 2013-310.
CRTC 2013-310 – approved the change of effective control of Astral’s broadcasting undertakings to BCE Inc., subject to
certain modifications and divestitures.
Administrative Approval – 2013-06-27 – approved the nomination of Pierre Boivin, as trustee of BCE’s voting interest in
the broadcasting assets that BCE must divest, as required in CRTC 2013-310. (2013-0243-9)
Update – 2013-11-18 – of BCE Inc.’s shareholding as per 2013 BOIAF.
CRTC 2013-737 – approved the change of control of TELETOON Canada Inc. to Corus Entertainment Inc.
Note: The transaction will be reflected upon receipt of the documents requested in the decision.
CRTC 2013-738 – approved a multi-step transaction resulting in the acquisition of assets of the specialty services Historia
and Séries+ by two new wholly owned corporations created by Historia & Séries+, s.e.n.c. and through a change of
control to Corus. For full details regarding this multi-step transaction, click here.
