outreach programs. Drop your leftovers at the Little School office anytime.
Share Christmas joy with children and families in need by taking "wishes" off the Giving
Tree, located in the Fellowship Hall. It is filled with wishes from children, teens and
adults who would love to open a gift Christmas morning. Come choose a tag and help
continue this wonderful St. Luke's tradition.
Seasoned Voyagers are sponsoring a FREE program about the Sand Creek Massacre
Nov. 18 in Fellowship Hall from 1:00-2:30pm. Presenters are Dr. Stephen Collins and
Rev. Dr. Janet Forbes. They will immerse us in the multi-faceted perspectives of this
tragic event. Afterwards, dessert will be provided by Seasoned Voyagers.
Center for Spiritual Engagement Outdoor Adventure Ministry: Sat. Nov. 22 ~ Climb
Spruce Mountain near Larkspur. This moderate five-mile hike will take us to the top of
Spruce Mountain where we’ll follow the perimeter trail, which offers views of Pikes
Peak and surrounding open space. Meet at the St. Luke's parking lot at 9:00am to
carpool.
Thanksgiving Dinner for those in need ~ please see the website to sign up to bring
prepared dishes the day before or the morning of Thanksgiving. Meals will be served
from noon-2:00pm. For those wanting to add names to guest list please contact Sam

Candlelight Dinner is Tue. Dec. 2, 6:00-8:00pm, $15.00 per ticket on sale Nov. 16 & 23
at the Get Connected Center. Join the United Methodist Women in experiencing a
beautiful and delicious beginning to the Advent Season.
