Abs & Arms – 30 minutes of core and upper body exercises.
Aqua Boot Camp – A water-based fitness program that
provides the benefits of a pool with little to no impact on joints
and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight
and resistance training. This program is unique because it is a
rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water
aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and
cardiovascular training. Come experience a new cross-training
workout like no other! This is NOT water aerobics!
Aqua Intervals – Cardio and strength interval training in the
water. Great, challenging but lower impact workout.
Aqua Combo – A safe, effective, and challenging waterbased workout that integrates the Zumba philosophy into
traditional Aqua fitness. This class is for those looking to make a
splash by adding a low-impact high-energy aquatic exercise
into their fitness routine. Less impact on your joints so you can
really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means
every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Aqua Drills – Strengthen and sculpt your body using deep and
shallow water techniques combined with aqua fitness
equipment (buoys, tubing, noodles, etc.) for a workout like no
other. Cardio bursts combined with weight training in the
water make for a “joint-gentle” calorie burning body sculpting
workout.
Barre – Lengthen and strengthen the muscles with a total body
workout that fuses techniques from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga.
This class will give you a combination of barre, light weights
and mat work for low-impact, fat-burning moves that will
sculpt and transform the body. Increase balance, strength and
flexibility through proper alignment and form. Create a long
and lean body with this 60-minute class!
Boot Camp – Back-to-basics workout to build stamina and
strength. A combination of cardio and strength drills for a fullbody workout.
Cardio & Strength – Strong emphasis on cardio exercises to get
your heart pumping followed by strength work to complete this
total workout!
Cardio/Strength Drills – Cardio and strength training elements
combined to improve speed, agility and core strength. Drills
will provide you with the interval workout you have been
looking for. Lots of variety, lots of equipment and lots of fun all
combined to give you an overall workout.
Core Explosion – A strength training class focusing on abs.
Always evolving, always challenging and always fun!
Cycle – An indoor cycling cardio workout for all fitness levels.
Each class will take you through a journey of hills, sprints and
flats. Bring the outdoor ride inside!
Deep Water – Enjoy an invigorating and challenging workout
that is impact-free. Great for both the “everyday warrior” and
the recovering athlete. Working in the water, resistance is 12
times the resistance on land. Maximize your benefits, maximize
your results. See you there! GREAT for all fitness levels! Flotation
belts available if needed.
Group Blast™ – Get your cardio fix with this 60 minutes of step
training, improve your fitness, agility, balance and strength
and athletic exercises that utilize the step in dynamic new
ways.
Group Power™ – Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight
training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates,
and body weight, Group Power™ combines squats, lunges,
presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.
Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get
your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a
personal best!
H.I.I.T – A total body, heart-pumping, strength and cardio
conditioning workout. This interval-based class is guaranteed
to burn calories and ramp up your typical workout.
Incinerator – This class will test your stamina and willpower as
you are led through a highly varied series of heart-pumping
cardio intervals followed by muscle-burning resistance training
which will leave you exhausted, but exhilarated! Work out
smarter and with greater efficiency as you set your whole
body on fire with high-intensity cardio combined with exercises
designed to increase your strength and endurance.
Intervals with Impact – Using the bags and other equipment,
join us for a high-intensity circuit class.
KettleWorX™ – Fast, fun and effective. The 3-dimensional
training program gets you moving in various directions and
planes for a more effective whole body workout. KettleWorX™
focuses on Cardio, Core and Resistance.
Kickboxing – A multi-level cardio class using martial arts and
boxing movements. Also, may include boot camp fitness
activities to increase strength and endurance.
Legs & Butt – Using various weight options to tone and
strengthen the legs and butt.
Long & Lean – This class will focus on work at the ballet bar to
lengthen and tone both abdominals and legs. The class will
also incorporate strength training for arms and back utilizing
light weights combined with lots of reps. This one hour class
objective will be to lengthen and lean out your body. There is
a strong focus on form and alignment.
Mat Pilates – A mat-based workout designed to improve your
posture, core strength, and flexibility. All levels. Lengthen and
strengthen the body using the core muscles of the abdominals
and back.

Power Flow Yoga – Blends sweat, strength and
flexibility in a class that thoroughly tones the
body and disciplines the mind. Yoga postures
are done in sync with the breath, focus is on
powerful strength and sculpting. Enjoy the
vinyasa flow of the class with extra emphasis
on cardio moves such as high knees and
kickbacks to get your heart pumping and
your body toned. Every class incorporates
core! If you want an energetic practice, this is
the class for you!
Power Sculpt – A great class to tone and
sculpt your arms, legs and entire body! By
using NO weights or light weights, floor work,
body bars, sponge balls and various other
equipment, you will challenge your body and
achieve great results.
Sculptboxing – All the fun of kickboxing with
the optional addition of light weights!
Step Intervals – A multi-level class utilizing a
step, strength, hi/lo and/or sports
conditioning. NO prior step knowledge
necessary!
Step Plus – A high-energy, intense cardio
workout utilizing the step. Challenging
choreography for the advanced stepper.
Strength Conditioning – Combine interval
training and conditioning drills with strength
training for a total body workout.
WERQ™ – A fiercely run dance fitness class
based on pop, rock, and hip hop. The warmup previews the dance steps used in class
and the cool-down includes balance and
yoga-inspired poses. Are you ready to
WERQ™?
Yoga – A mind, body and spirit experience
that incorporates strength, breathing and
meditative relaxation.
Zumba™ – Experience this hot combination of
Latin and Caribbean music and dance
movement. High-energy, easy-to-follow!
