(limit: 1) – Sponsor presents both Singles and Doubles Tournament held at separate times in December and
January.

Fan admission is charged for the wildcard or can be waived for charitable donations made at the door. This
allows for a great tie-in with the sponsor and charity. Sponsor may also offer free admission with proof of
purchase of sponsor products.

The Wildcard Singles and Doubles Tournaments are held during the weeks leading up to the main event in
February. The Wildcard Tournament features some of the best college players, club pros, juniors and adults
in Texas and surrounding areas. Up and coming circuit professionals also enter the event. The Wildcard
Tournament sponsor would have their name incorporated into the name of the event with the tournament’s
Title Sponsor’s name. Therefore, this sponsorship is subject to the naming of the Title Sponsor. This event
draws a tremendous amount of local fan interest as well as college and high school student interest.


Take advantage of this opportunity to reach Dallas area tennis enthusiasts,
business people and more than 600 families that participate in events at T Bar M.
Advertise in the program that will be distributed to area tennis clubs and
businesses prior to the event and given to members and attendees during the
men’s professional tennis tournament and throughout the year. This year’s event
will once again feature international, up and coming players and veteran stars.
Fans will be watching several hours of tennis a day while referring to their
programs for draws, statistics and player information. The program is a great way
to present your company to this captive audience.

If you need your ad to be created by T Bar M design staff, please provide a detailed layout of your ad. If you are going to use logos, they must be submitted

white artwork, but would prefer the electronic file. Composition or other work
needed will be billed at $60 per hour
Any photos to be placed in the ad must be provided at a minimum of 300 dpi.

The tournament can print the banner for an additional charge
Fans spend an average of almost 4 hours per visit at the tournament. This

We recommend not more than 10 words and a logo on any banner that is 4’x6’
or smaller
