February is Heart Research Month, where all Australians are encouraged
to make their heart health a priority and proactively participate in the fight
against heart disease.
REDFEB promotes a healthy lifestyle and raises much needed funds for
first-stage innovative research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment
of heart disease.
So how can you get involved in REDFEB 2015?

There are so many ways to get
involved with REDFEB Fundraising.
Quit smoking or take the stairs
instead of the lift. Whatever you
choose to do, get your friends
and family to sponsor you in your
REDFEB Challenge.
Here are some ideas to get you
started for your REDFEB Challenge!
Give up sugar – swap your
favourite sweet treats for a
piece of fruit.
Give up smoking – perfect reason
to give it up now!
Increase your water intake
– challenge yourself to drink the
recommended 8 glasses a day.
Swap the white carbs for
brown ones.
Cut down your caffeine intake
– why not try a herbal tea instead?
